    摘要: An electronic solid-state switch assembly includes a base plate and a heat exchanger; an electrically insulating layer and a direct bonded substrate affixed to the base plate; a first terminal and a second terminal; a plurality of power transistors; a plurality of gate drivers; a communication interface, a current sensor, and a snubber circuit; and a controller. The plurality of gate drivers are operatively coupled to the plurality of power transistors. The plurality of power transistors are arranged in parallel on the direct bonded substrate between the first terminal and the second terminal. The plurality of power transistors are electrically connected to the first terminal and to the second terminal. The controller is in communication with the plurality of gate drivers, the current sensor, and the communication interface. The controller is configured to control, via the plurality of gate drivers, the plurality of power transistors.

The level shifter converts a first and a second input signals to an output signal. The level shifter includes a cross-coupled circuit, a protection circuit, and a pull-down module. The pull-down module includes a first and a second pull-down circuits and a first and a second switching circuits. The first and the second pull-up transistors, the first and the second protection transistors, and the first and the second pull-down circuits are selectively switched on in response to the first and the second input signals. The digital circuit receives the output signal from the level shifter.

The common resistor is coupled between the control signal input node and the one or more RF switching elements. The common resistor bypass circuitry is configured to receive the switching control signal and bypass the common resistor for a predetermined time period following one or more of a leading edge of the switching control signal and a falling edge of the switching control signal.

    摘要: A driver device is for switching on and off a transistor for supplying a load by driving a control electrode of the transistor. The driver device includes a first terminal connected to the control electrode of the transistor, a second terminal connected between the transistor and the load, and a current-discharge path coupled to the first terminal. The current-discharge path includes a diode and is activated when the transistor is switched off. The diode becomes non-conductive to interrupt the current-discharge path when the voltage on the second terminal reaches a threshold value.

    摘要: An expansion control circuit includes a delay circuit coupled to a first expansion module and a switching circuit coupled to a second expansion module. The switching circuit includes a buffer and a switching module. The buffer is coupled to the first expansion module. The delay circuit outputs a disconnecting signal upon being switched on. The buffer is switched off upon receiving the disconnect signal. The delay circuit further outputs a connecting signal after a delay time after outputting the disconnecting signal. The buffer is switched on upon receiving the connect signal. The buffer further outputs the second control signal to the switching module upon being switched on. The switching module controls the second expansion module to be switched on v receiving the second control signal.
