摘要: A vehicle computing system validates location data received from a Global Navigation Satellite System receiver with other sensor data. In one embodiment, the system calculates velocities with the location data and the other sensor data. The system generates a probabilistic model for velocity with a velocity calculated with location data and variance associated with the location data. The system determines a confidence score by applying the probabilistic model to one or more of the velocities calculated with other sensor data. In another embodiment, the system implements a machine learning model that considers features extracted from the sensor data. The system generates a feature vector for the location data and determines a confidence score for the location data by applying the machine learning model to the feature vector. Based on the confidence score, the system can validate the location data. The validated location data is useful for navigation and map updates.

摘要: An autonomous lawn mower is described. The autonomous lawn mower comprises a chassis supporting a podium. In some examples, the podium comprises an upper portion and a lower portion, where the upper portion may support one or more sensors, antennas and/or cameras that may be used to provide environmental information regarding the surroundings of the autonomous lawn mower. The upper portion may be detached from the lower portion such that the upper portion is calibrated prior to the upper portion being coupled to the lower portion.

摘要: Methods perform one or more dispatched medical logistics operations using a modular autonomous bot apparatus assembly and a dispatch server where the operations are related to a diagnosis kit for treating a patient. The MAM of the bot receives a dispatch command, verifies compatibility of the bot assembly with the dispatched operation(s), receives a diagnosis kit in the CSS, has the MAM autonomously causing the MB to move to a destination location while notifying the authorized delivery recipient for the diagnosis kit of the approaching delivery. With appropriate authentication input received, the MAM coordinates with the CSS to provide access to the kit, monitor unloading of the kit, provide instructional information on use of the kit, and autonomously cause the MB to return to the original location with a return item related to the diagnosis kit with notification to personnel at the medical entity about the return item.

摘要: A vehicle agnostic removable pod can be mounted on a vehicle using one or more legs of a pod mount. The removable pod can collect and time stamp a variety of environmental data as well as vehicle data. For example, environmental data can be collected using a sensor suite which can include an IMU, 3D positioning sensor, one or more cameras, and/or a LIDAR unit. As another example, vehicle data can be collected via a CAN bus attached to the vehicle. Environmental data and/or vehicle data can be time stamped and transmitted to a remote server for further processing by a computing device.

The method includes receiving sensor information from one or more sensors related to the environment, obtaining at least one of initiation gesture information, position information, and face direction information based on the sensor information, the face direction information related to one or more users present in the environment, obtaining the target position of the robotic speaker in the environment by performing a calibration process based on the at least one of initiation gesture information, position information, or face direction information and one or more and acoustic properties of the environment, and positioning the robotic speaker at the target position.

摘要: An outdoor robotic tool comprising a first part and a second part, wherein the first part supports the second part through a suspension arrangement. The suspension arrangement comprises a first component, which comprises at least one magnetic member; and a second component, which comprises at least one magnetic member. The first component is attached to the first part, wherein the second component is attached to the second part, wherein at least one of the magnetic members of suspension arrangement is a permanent magnet; and wherein a magnetic member of the first component is positioned so as to magnetically interact with a magnetic member of the second component when in use. A magnetic field sensing unit may be present that comprises a control unit and a magnetic field sensor. A method for detecting the alignment of the first part relative to the second part, wherein the method comprises detecting the magnetic field using the magnetic field sensing unit.

摘要: Lighting control systems may be commissioned for programming and/or control with the aid of a mobile device. Design software may be used to create a floor plan of how the lighting control system may be designed. The design software may generate floor plan identifiers for each lighting fixture, or group of lighting fixtures. During commissioning of the lighting control system, the mobile device may be used to help identify the lighting devices that have been installed in the physical space. The mobile device may receive a communication from each lighting control device that indicates a unique identifier of the lighting control device. The unique identifier may be communicated by visible light communication (VLC) or RF communication. The unique identifier may be associated with the floor plan identifier for communication of digital messages to lighting fixtures installed in the locations indicated in the floor plan identifier.
