Abstract: A liquid crystal display device according to FFS technology is provided, which sufficiently provides a common electrode with common electric potential and improves an aperture ratio of pixels. A pixel electrode is formed of a first layer transparent electrode. A common electrode made of a second layer transparent electrode is formed above the pixel electrode interposing an insulation film between them. The common electrode in an upper layer is provided with a plurality of slits. The common electrode extends over all the pixels in a display region. An end of the common electrode is disposed on a periphery of the display region and connected with a peripheral common electric potential line that provides a common electric potential Vcom. There is provided neither an auxiliary common electrode line nor a pad electrode, both of which are provided in a liquid crystal display device according to a conventional art.

Abstract: An array substrate (10) and a display device (16) are provided, and the array substrate includes a base substrate (1) and includes a pixel array (1) and an auxiliary conductive structure (3) which are on the base substrate (1); the pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units (2) arranged in an array and a plurality of pixel electrodes (21), and each of the plurality of pixel units (2) includes at least one of the plurality of pixel electrodes (21); the auxiliary conductive structure (3) surrounds at least one of the plurality of pixel electrodes (21) and is insulated from the plurality of pixel electrodes (21); a resistivity of a material of the auxiliary conductive structure (3) is less than or equal to a resistivity of a material of the at least one of the plurality of the pixel electrodes (21). The auxiliary conductive structure (3) receives and transmits interfering charges around the pixel electrode (21), so that the interfering charges are kept away from the pixel electrode (21), and thereby interference of the interfering charges on the pixel electrode (21) is prevented or reduced.

Abstract: A liquid crystal includes first and second substrates, the first substrate including intersecting data lines and scan lines. A liquid crystal layer is sandwiched therebetween. Also, a plurality of sub-pixels districted by data lines and gate lines, and arranged along the long-axis and the short-axis directions in a matrix. A pixel electrode in the sub-pixels includes a central portion. A common electrode including linear electrodes arranged along the data lines and disposed with gaps therebetween. Sub-pixels are bent at the center portion, such that the linear electrodes or the gaps in both sides of the sub-pixels are inclined in opposite directions with respect to the long-axis direction. At least one of the linear electrodes or at least one of the gaps has a bent portion at the central portion of the respective pixel electrode. The common electrode is provided on liquid crystal layer side over the pixel electrode.

Abstract: A high-definition liquid crystal display device is provided. A liquid crystal display device with a high aperture ratio is provided. A liquid crystal display device with a high contrast ratio and display quality is provided. A liquid crystal display device capable of being driven at a low voltage is provided. The display device includes, between a pair of substrates, a pixel electrode, a first common electrode, a second common electrode, and a liquid crystal layer. The pixel electrode and the first common electrode are positioned between the liquid crystal layer and one of the substrates. The second common electrode is positioned between the liquid crystal layer and the other substrate. The same potential is supplied to the first common electrode and the second common electrode. The first common electrode includes a portion overlapping with the second common electrode between the display regions of two adjacent subpixels that exhibit different colors. At least one of the pixel electrode and the first common electrode includes a portion that does not overlap with the second common electrode in the display region of the subpixel.

Abstract: A manufacture method of a low temperature poly-silicon array substrate is provided. A halftone mask is utilized to realize a patterning process applied to a polysilicon layer and an N type heavy doping process of a polysilicon section of an NMOS region. In comparison with prior art, one mask is saved, and thus, the production cost is reduced, and a low temperature poly-silicon array substrate manufactured with such a process possesses excellent electronic property.
