The TFT substrate include a TFT; a flat layer to cover the TFT; an opening hole defined in the flat layer and corresponding to a drain of the TFT; a bottom of the opening hole to retain a part of the flat layer for forming a flat layer sheet; a first metal layer formed on the flat layer; a first insulating layer formed on the first metal; a second metal formed on the first insulating layer and pass through the flat layer sheet for electrically connecting to the drain.

摘要: A LCD device having a large pixel holding capacitance includes opposedly facing first and second substrates, and liquid crystal between them. The first substrate includes a video signal line, a pixel electrode, a thin film transistor having a first electrode connected to the video signal line and a second electrode connected to the pixel electrode, a first silicon nitride film formed above the second electrode, an organic insulation film above the first silicon nitride film, a capacitance electrode above the organic insulation film, and a second silicon nitride film above the capacitance electrode and below the pixel electrode. A contact hole etched in both the first and second silicon nitride films connects the second electrode and the pixel electrode to each other. A holding capacitance is formed by the pixel electrode, the second silicon nitride film and the capacitance electrode.

Herein, a first ratio, which is a ratio of a first channel width of the first channel layer to the first channel length thereof, is greater than or equal to 0.4 and less than or equal to 4.5; and a second ratio, which is a ratio of a second channel width of the second channel layer to a second channel length thereof, is greater than or equal to 0.05 and less than or equal to 0.8.

摘要: A touch sensor integrated display device and a method for driving the same are disclosed. The touch sensor integrated display device includes a display panel, in which a pixel array is divided into a plurality of touch blocks, each touch block includes pixels displaying an input image and a sensing target dummy pixel sensing a touch input, and the sensing target dummy pixel includes a dummy driving TFT configured to control a source-drain current based on a gate-source voltage, and a panel drive circuit, which in a touch sensing period, supplies a scan control signal and a sensing control signal to the sensing target dummy pixel and sets the gate-source voltage to turn on the dummy driving TFT by applying a touch driving data voltage to a gate node of the dummy driving TFT and applying a reference voltage to a source node of the dummy driving TFT.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate of embedded touch panels. The array substrate includes a touch electrode arranged in an active area of the touch panel in a matrix, a touch sensing chip arranged outside the active area of the touch panel, a plurality of metal connecting lines arranged on a different layer with the touch electrode. The metal connecting lines connect to the touch electrode via at least one through hole, and the metal connecting line and a data line of the touch panel are insulated from each other and are overlapped. The touch electrode connects to the touch sensing chip via the metal connecting line, wherein a switch circuit is arranged between the metal connecting line and the data line. The switch circuit connects the metal connecting line and the data line in a touch phase, and the switch circuit disconnects the metal connecting line and the data line in a display phase.
