摘要: Disclosed is a light emitting display apparatus. The light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area including a plurality of pixel areas and a non-display area surrounding the display area, first to nth gate lines passing through the display area of the substrate, first to mth data lines passing through the display area of the substrate, first to mth pixel driving power lines passing through the display area of the substrate, a plurality of pixels provided in at least one pixel area of the substrate and connected to an adjacent gate line, an adjacent data line, and an adjacent pixel driving power line, and at least one data buffer chip provided in the display area of the substrate and connected to a corresponding data line of the first to mth data lines. Accordingly, a constant data voltage charging rate of each of the pixels is maintained regardless of a distance between a data driving circuit and each of the pixels.

摘要: Disclosed is a light emitting display apparatus. The light emitting display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels provided in a display area of a substrate and connected to a data line, a clock line, and a pixel driving power line. The plurality of pixels each include a pixel driving chip connected to the data line, the clock line, and the pixel driving power line to sequentially output a driving current through a plurality of output terminals thereof and a plurality of light emitting devices respectively connected to the plurality of output terminals. Accordingly, a gate driving circuit and a gate line connected to the gate driving circuit are removed from one end of a display panel and omitted, thereby minimizing the number of pad parts disposed in the display panel.

摘要: One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provides a display device. The display device includes a display panel which includes a plurality of pixels; a threshold voltage sensing circuit which senses a threshold voltage of a light emitting diode included in the plurality of pixels, a data compensating circuit which corrects a data signal in accordance with a variation of the threshold voltage and accumulated data to generate a corrected data signal, and a data driver which generates a data voltage in accordance with the corrected data signal to output the data voltage to the display panel, in which the data compensating circuit periodically corrects the data signal in accordance with a look-up table in which a relationship of the variation of the threshold voltage and the accumulated data is described during an aging period to generate the corrected data signal. The display device according to the present disclosure improves an image quality of the display.

The touch sensor integrated display device includes a display panel, in which a pixel array is divided into a plurality of touch blocks, each touch block includes pixels displaying an input image and a sensing target dummy pixel sensing a touch input, and the sensing target dummy pixel includes a dummy driving TFT configured to control a source-drain current based on a gate-source voltage, and a panel drive circuit, which in a touch sensing period, supplies a scan control signal and a sensing control signal to the sensing target dummy pixel and sets the gate-source voltage to turn on the dummy driving TFT by applying a touch driving data voltage to a gate node of the dummy driving TFT and applying a reference voltage to a source node of the dummy driving TFT.
