Abstract: A volatile material dispenser includes a base, a stand assembly coupled with the base, a shroud, and a refill. The base houses a printed circuit board. The base defines a sidewall, and the base includes at least one button that projects from the sidewall of the base and a low voltage port. The shroud has a sidewall that has a lower edge that extends from an upper edge of the base. The shroud defines a chimney. The refill comprises a wick. The refill is removably coupled with the stand assembly. The at least one button is disposed about 180 degrees offset from the low voltage port.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus and system for producing light using LED lighting with output within a predetermined desired color temperature range for commercial lighting uses. A preferred embodiment includes a first and second group of LEDs arranged in an alternating matrix configuration, each group of LEDs configured to produce light in a predetermined color temperature range. In a preferred embodiment, an LED light system includes a tubular LED lamp having substantially the same size and dimensions as a traditional fluorescent lamp tube and a control box for controlling power input and power gain to the first, second, or both groups of LEDs.

In one instance, a distance from the vehicle to a destination of the vehicle or a passenger may be determined. When the distance is between a first distance and a second distance, a first notification 650 may be displayed on the display. The second distance may be less than the first distance. When the distance is less than the second distance, a second notification 660 may be displayed on the display. The second notification provides additional information not provided by the first notification.

Abstract: A patient warming system for stabilizing and/or heating and cooling a patient includes a plurality of solid-surface sections arranged for attachment to a surgical table and a warming pad layer comprising a plurality of warming pads configured for removable connection to the plurality of solid-surface sections. At least one of the plurality of solid-surface sections includes a power connector for connection to an external power source. Each warming pad of the plurality of warming pads includes a foam insulation layer, a distributed heating element layer having a warming-pad power connection for connection to the power connector, an isothermal layer, and a flexible waterproof layer. Power supplied to the warming-pad power connection of the distributed heating element layer of the respective warming pad can be used to provide a user-selected uniform temperature over the surface of the flexible waterproof layer in order to prevent hot spots.

Abstract: A light-emitting birdbath basin having a body and a light-emitting body. A bottom portion of the body protrudes inwardly into the body to form a chamber. The light-emitting body is provided inside the chamber. Chamber walls of the chamber are formed as a first luminous body which is translucent. Lights emitted by the light-emitting body may brighten the hollow chamber to form a luminous chambe, and be configured to converge and focus on the surfaces of inner walls of the body after passing through the first luminous body. The basin-shaped body is placed outdoors. Water and bird food can be held in the basin. In daytime, the light-emitting body does not light up. Birds can clean their feathers and peck at the bird food in the basin, which is environmentally friendly and energy saving.

Abstract: An electrically conductive carriageway marking includes a carrier strip, electrically conductive wires extending along the carrier strip, an electrically insulating covering layer covering the wires, a power feed formed by an interface connecting the wires to a supply line, and interfaces arranged spaced apart from each other along the carriageway marking and having electrical contact areas. The contact areas include contact elements protruding laterally from the carriageway marking, and the supply line is connectable to a first contact area of the wires and a second contact area of the wires by electrical contacts that can be tapped off. In the region of the contact areas the covering layer is formed by a detachable adhesive protective strip, and the protective strip is connected via predetermined break points or perforations to adjoining sections of the covering layer, and the wires are exposed by detaching the protective strip.
