摘要: A combination sink and jet parts washer utilizing a minimum grip sprocket driving a rotating parts basket, for cleaning mechanical parts of oil, grease and contaminants. The washer has a cabinet which has a jet cleaning section, including the rotating parts basket. The basket is driven by a minimum grip sprocket drive mechanism. A parts basket in the jet cleaning section receives the parts which are cleaned by a spray from a spray manifold. The manifold is connected to a fluid pump which has its inlet communicating with the reservoir. A sink is positioned on the top of the cabinet and opens to access the jet washer and reservoir. In the closed position, the sink covers the top of the cabinet and may be used as a sink washer using the attached brush. The jet parts washer utilizing a minimum grip sprocket provides convenience, economy and the features of a sink and jet washer in a single, compact, mobile unit where the parts basket tends to reliably turn in oily and dirty environments due to the minimum grip drive sprocket mechanism.

摘要: An apparatus and method for disinfecting probes. A probe may be positioned using a probe positioning system that locates the probe in the proper location for disinfecting. The probe may be subjected to a cleaner and/or rinsing liquid to remove foreign materials (e.g., bioburden, soil, and other like material) from the probe before disinfecting. After rinsing, a disinfectant is applied to the probe via one or more nozzles. The disinfectant is applied to the probe for a specified amount of time to disinfect the surface of the probe, and afterwards the probe is rinsed thoroughly to remove the disinfectant from the probe. The rinsing liquid and the disinfectant liquid are held in separate fluid circuits, yet heated to their respective ideal temperatures using the same heater assembly, the heater assembly having heating element shared by both fluid circuits.

摘要: A method for cleaning substrates includes rotating a substrate; delivering deionized water on a surface of the substrate for pre wetting the surface of the substrate; delivering chemical solution with high temperature on the surface of the substrate for cleaning the surface of the substrate; changing the rotation speed of the substrate to a low rotation speed, and moving a ultra/mega sonic device. The method further includes turning on the ultra/mega sonic device and supplying a constant or pulse working power in a first cleaning cycle; turning off the ultra/mega sonic device, and delivering a high temperature chemical solution or deionized water. The method further includes turning on the ultra/mega sonic device and supplying a constant or pulse working power in a second cleaning cycle; turning off the ultra/mega sonic device, and delivering rinse chemical solution or deionized water on the surface of the substrate; and drying the substrate.
