摘要: A method for shifting a multi-speed transmission for transmitting rotation between an input shaft and an output shaft for a marine vessel. The method includes providing a multi-speed transmission having first and second gears engaged by actuating first and second clutches, and providing first and second pressure sensors that measure first and second pressures within the first and second clutches, respectively. The method further includes performing a first shift from the first gear to the second gear by de-actuating the first clutch a first delay after the second clutch is actuated, then measuring the first and second pressures and determining a first shift pressure at which the first and second pressures are substantially equal while performing the first shift. The method further includes comparing the first shift pressure to a first pressure threshold range and adjusting the first delay when the first shift pressure is outside the first pressure threshold range.

The hydraulic pump (36) and the hydraulic motor (38) are connected via a pair of main lines (37A, 37B). An electromagnetic on-off valve (41) capable of switching between a communicating state and a blocking state between the pair of main lines (37A, 37B) is provided between the pair of main lines (37A, 37B).

摘要: A sensor casing includes a lower case and an upper case that is fixed to an upper part of the lower case. A valve body includes an upper body including an accommodation space in which a sensor casing is disposed and a lower body in which an oil passage is formed. The upper body includes a stopper that prevents downward movement of the oil pressure sensor along a central axis. The sensor casing includes an engagement portion that engages with the stopper to retain the oil pressure sensor in the accommodation space.

摘要: A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing includes a single external power access for the shift actuator. A controller interprets a shaft displacement angle, determines if the transmission is in an imminent zero or zero torque region, and performs a transmission operation in response to the transmission in the imminent zero or zero torque region.

摘要: A method of checking an abnormality in oil pressure of a transmission control unit (TCU) may include determining whether an oil pressure signal transmitted from the TCU to an electric oil pump (EOP) device is normal, transmitting a specific oil pressure value to the EOP device, the specific oil pressure value being set for determining whether the oil pressure signal transmitted from the TCU is normal, determining whether an oil pressure corresponding to the specific oil pressure value is sensed at the EOP device, determining whether a decrease range of the oil pressure sensed at the EOP device belongs within a predetermined range when compared to the specific oil pressure value, and determining whether to perform abnormality control over a transmission by operating the EOP device at set minimum revolutions per minute when the decrease range of the oil pressure sensed at the EOP device is beyond the predetermined range.

摘要: A multiplexed sensor for determining pressures of two different chambers of a clutches is provided, utilizing real-time pressure of a balance chamber of a clutch to control that clutch. The transmission includes a balance dam fixed with respect to a clutch housing. The clutch is compressible in a direction away from the balance dam by a piston. The balance dam and the piston define a balance chamber therebetween. An apply chamber is located on the opposite side of the balance dam, and is configured to apply or supply pressurized fluid to the clutch pack. A multiplexed pressure sensor is in fluid communication with the balance chamber and the apply chamber. A controller is programmed to control the clutch based on a pressure in the apply chamber and the balance chamber depending on, for example, which pressure is greater.

摘要: A method of controlling an automatic transmission is provided. The automatic transmission includes a piston having first and second surfaces opposite from each other, friction plates, engaging and disengaging hydraulic pressure chambers for supplying and discharging hydraulic pressure and directing the piston to push the friction plates to be engaged and disengaged, a hydraulic pressure control valve for supplying and discharging hydraulic pressure to and from the chambers, first and second oil paths communicating the valve with the chambers, and a pressure reducing valve disposed in the second oil path and for preventing hydraulic pressure of the disengaging hydraulic pressure chamber from exceeding a given set pressure. The second surface has a larger area for receiving hydraulic pressure than an area of the first surface for receiving hydraulic pressure. The method includes changing the given set pressure according to information regarding a state of the automatic transmission.

摘要: In an apparatus for detecting abnormal hydraulic pressure of an automatic transmission having first and second input shafts that input rotation of an engine through first and second clutches and an idler shaft that inputs the rotation through a third clutch, and equipped with a hydraulic pressure supply circuit having a first pressure-regulating valve that generates line pressure, a line pressure-regulating valve that controls operation of the first pressure-regulating valve based on a line pressure command value, and first, second and third hydraulic pressure detectors that detect the hydraulic pressures of first, second and third oil passages respectively, it is determined whether abnormality that makes the high pressure abnormally high has occurred in the line pressure-regulating valve based on the hydraulic pressures detected by at least one of the first, second and third hydraulic pressure detectors and a line pressure command value, when predetermined operating conditions of the vehicle are satisfied.

The electronic control unit includes a switcher that supplies an electric current to a linear solenoid, a current detector that detects an actual electric current value of the solenoid, a target current calculator that calculates a target electric current value, a feedback controller that sets a duty ratio to match the actual electric current value to the target electric current value and to generate a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal having the set duty ratio, and a corrector that determines whether a coupled oscillation has occurred by obtaining oil pressure information of the hydraulic circuit and to correct the PWM signal when determining that the vibration has occurred.
