    摘要: A system and method for modifying a stock transmission is provided. The stock transmission includes an existing ring gear and main shaft. A modified gearset is provided, wherein the modified gearset is capable of replacing a stock gearset that includes at least a stock sun gear and at least a stock pinion gear. The modified gearset includes a replacement sun gear, the replacement sun gear having an increased tooth count and an increased diameter as compared to the stock sun gear. The modified gearset further includes a replacement pinion gear, the replacement pinion gear having a decreased tooth count and a decreased diameter as compared to the stock pinion gear. The replacement sun gear and the replacement pinion gear are capable of meshing with the existing ring gear. Accordingly, the stock transmission performance can be modified with minimal modifications to the stock transmission itself.

Thereby, the shift element features, on an inner diameter and/or an outer diameter, at least one associated shift gate, while the respective one shift pin is arranged in a radially displaceable manner, and the at least one shift gate is arranged in a radially opposite manner, to the transmission component adjacent to the shift element, and/or that the shift element, on an inner diameter and/or an outer diameter, accommodates the respective one shift pin in a radially displaceable manner, whereas the at least one associated shift gate for the respective shift gate is arranged to be radially opposite to a transmission component located adjacent to the shift element, and that, in each case, a shift pin is movable through an associated actuator in a radial manner between an initial position and a mesh position, in which each shift pin is able to be introduced into the at least one associated shift gate.

    摘要: A magnetic actuator includes a collar element (101) and a toroidal coil (103) surrounding the collar element. The collar element is coupled in a torque transferring way to a shaft (108) surrounded by the collar element. The collar element is capable of sliding in the axial direction with respect to the shaft. The collar element includes indentations (102) for locking in a torque transferring way to a counter-part when the collar element is in a first axial position. The collar element includes permanent magnet material (104) for generating an axial force for moving the collar element to the first axial position when the toroidal coil carries electric current flowing in a first direction and to a second axial position when the toroidal coil carries electric current flowing in an opposite direction. Thus, no mechanical elements are needed for moving the collar element in the axial direction.

    摘要: A compact clutch which comprises a driven shaft on which the following are mounted: a gear wheel; a driving bush; a driven bush; a coil spring; a first collar with cam surfaces; and a second collar with cam surfaces. The clutch is characterized in that the gear wheel and the bushes are constrained to the driven shaft in the axial direction by means of two stop rings; in that the driven bush is constrained to the driven shaft in the circumferential direction by means of at least one tongue; and in that the tongue ensures engagement between the driven bush and the driven shaft in the circumferential direction, while in the axial direction the driven bush may slide with respect to the driven shaft.
