The first sliding sleeve (17) can be displaced along the first shaft and the coupling element (19) can be connected firmly to the first shaft. 摘要: A shiftable planetary transmission (1) includes a planet carrier (2), a plurality of planet gears (3) rotatably arranged at the planet carrier (2), a sun gear (4), and a ring gear (5). The sun gear (4) and the ring gear (5) mesh with the planet gears (3). The planet carrier (2) includes at least one connecting element (6), which is axially displaceable therein. The at least one connecting element (6), on a first side of the planet carrier (2), is at least indirectly connected to an actuator (7) and, on a second side of the planet carrier (2), is at least indirectly connected to a first dog element (8). The first dog element (8) is displaceable, by an actuator actuation, between a first shift position and at least a second shift position due to an axial displacement of the at least one connecting element (6) in the planet carrier (2).

摘要: A system and method for modifying a stock transmission is provided. The stock transmission includes an existing ring gear and main shaft. A modified gearset is provided, wherein the modified gearset is capable of replacing a stock gearset that includes at least a stock sun gear and at least a stock pinion gear. The modified gearset includes a replacement sun gear, the replacement sun gear having an increased tooth count and an increased diameter as compared to the stock sun gear. The modified gearset further includes a replacement pinion gear, the replacement pinion gear having a decreased tooth count and a decreased diameter as compared to the stock pinion gear. The replacement sun gear and the replacement pinion gear are capable of meshing with the existing ring gear. Accordingly, the stock transmission performance can be modified with minimal modifications to the stock transmission itself.

摘要: A power transmitting system including: a first piston disposed within a center bore formed through the rotary shaft such that the first piston is axially reciprocable; a sleeve connected to the first piston and having internal teeth meshing with the external teeth of the rotary shaft so that the sleeve is rotated with the rotary shaft, and such that the sleeve is axially reciprocable together with the first piston according to axial movements of the first piston; a synchronizer ring supported in sliding contact with an outer circumferential tapered surface of the clutch gear such that the synchronizer ring is rotatable relative to the clutch gear; and an actuator including a second piston to axially advance the first piston for thereby bringing the sleeve's internal teeth into meshing engagement with the clutch gear through the synchronizer ring. The first piston and second piston are disposed coaxially with the rotary shaft.

摘要: Drive systems or powertrains including transmissions for electric and hybrid electric vehicles are provided. 3-position linear motor, 2-way clutches (i.e. CMDs) are included in the transmissions. An electric 3-speed AMT having a magnetic coupling device such as a magnetic torque converter is provided to magnetically transfer a portion of rotating mechanical energy of an electric powerplant or motor to a transmission output shaft in response to an electrical signal to synchronize angular velocities of the transmission output shaft and an output shaft of the electric powerplant during a change in state of one of the CMDs. Torque is transferred to the transmission output shaft during the change in state.

The first slider (451) is not rotatable on the driving shaft (41). In the axial direction, the sum of the widths of the fifth-speed driving gear (425) and the sixth-speed driving gear (426) is smaller than the maximum width of the first slider (451).

摘要: A magnetic actuator includes a collar element (101) and a toroidal coil (103) surrounding the collar element. The collar element is coupled in a torque transferring way to a shaft (108) surrounded by the collar element. The collar element is capable of sliding in the axial direction with respect to the shaft. The collar element includes indentations (102) for locking in a torque transferring way to a counter-part when the collar element is in a first axial position. The collar element includes permanent magnet material (104) for generating an axial force for moving the collar element to the first axial position when the toroidal coil carries electric current flowing in a first direction and to a second axial position when the toroidal coil carries electric current flowing in an opposite direction. Thus, no mechanical elements are needed for moving the collar element in the axial direction.

摘要: A compact clutch which comprises a driven shaft on which the following are mounted: a gear wheel; a driving bush; a driven bush; a coil spring; a first collar with cam surfaces; and a second collar with cam surfaces. The clutch is characterized in that the gear wheel and the bushes are constrained to the driven shaft in the axial direction by means of two stop rings; in that the driven bush is constrained to the driven shaft in the circumferential direction by means of at least one tongue; and in that the tongue ensures engagement between the driven bush and the driven shaft in the circumferential direction, while in the axial direction the driven bush may slide with respect to the driven shaft.
