摘要: An assembly for driving a friction clutch, having a hydraulically driveable stepped piston, with: a pump driving the stepped piston, which has a working piston moveably arranged in a working chamber that divides it into first and auxiliary working chambers. The working piston is mechanically connected to an auxiliary working piston and hydraulically driveable via a second working chamber. A control valve is arranged between the stepped piston and pump. A first line path leads from the pump to the second working chamber, and a second line path leads from the pump to the first working chamber. The stepped piston has a working tappet which acts on the friction clutch. The first and second line paths are connected via a first line section of the supply line and a multi-port control valve, which has two valve positions, and the first line section is at least partially blocked in one valve position.

摘要: A hydraulic circuit for a power transmission device has an oil passage supplying hydraulic pressure of hydraulic fluid to the power transmission device mounted on a vehicle and a hydraulic actuator on which the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the oil passage acts, the oil passage is provided with a concave portion of the inner surface of the oil passage that is recessed upward in the state of mounting on the vehicle. The concave portion is located upstream of the hydraulic actuating portion in the oil passage and above the hydraulic actuating portion when the unit is mounted in the vehicle.

摘要: A cooling fan device includes an electronic control unit that controls an engagement rate of a fan clutch. The electronic control unit executes a first calculation process that calculates an air conditioner requested engagement rate, a second calculation process that calculates, as a first guard value, a value of an engagement rate at which a fan rotation speed increases at a specified speed and an upper limit guarding process that sets a value of the air conditioner requested engagement rate to the first guard value when a calculated value of the air conditioner requested engagement rate in the first calculation process exceeds the first guard value. The electronic control unit further controls the engagement rate of the fan clutch based on a value of the air conditioner requested engagement rate after execution of the upper limit guarding process.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hydraulic-oil control device that performs hydraulic-oil supply control in a dual clutch device having a first clutch and a second clutch. The hydraulic-oil control device includes a first linear solenoid valve that adjusts hydraulic oil having a line pressure for a first hydraulic chamber and supplies the hydraulic oil thereto, a second linear solenoid valve that adjusts hydraulic oil having a line pressure for a second hydraulic chamber and supplies the hydraulic oil thereto, a shuttle valve that outputs the hydraulic oil having a higher pressure between the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the first hydraulic chamber and the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the second hydraulic chamber, and a switch valve that adjusts the amount of hydraulic oil supplied to a first space and a second space, according to the pressure of the hydraulic oil output from the shuttle valve.

摘要: Actual pressure of a hydraulic clutch of a motor vehicle can be regulated by: a) providing a value for a desired pressure to be present in a clutch cylinder; b) filling the clutch cylinder with hydraulic fluid to achieve the desired pressure; c) wherein, if the desired pressure lies between 0 and 7 bar, the actual pressure in the clutch cylinder is adjusted by regulating a rotational speed of the pump of the electric motor, and if the desired pressure is greater than 7 bar, the actual pressure in the clutch cylinder is adjusted by regulating a motor current of the electric motor; d) regulating the actual pressure until the desired pressure is achieved.

A control device learns a clutch disengagement operation amount when the control device detects deceleration of a predetermined value of the rotational frequency of the main shaft.

摘要: A starting clutch control device for an automatic transmission has a starting clutch controller. The starting control device controls a transmission torque capacity of a starting clutch interposed in a transmission path in which rotation of the power source is transmitted to wheels while shifting is underway by the automatic transmission. The starting clutch controller controls the transmission torque capacity of the starting clutch such that a rotation trajectory of the power source develops as desired in a low rotation speed range in which the transmission torque capacity control of the starting clutch is necessary. The starting clutch controller causes the transmission torque capacity of the starting clutch to change, when a shift of the automatic transmission occurs during the transmission torque capacity control by the starting clutch controller, in a direction in which the change in the rotation trajectory will occur corresponding to the shift.

摘要: A vehicle lock-up clutch control device is provided to suppress engine racing when a lock-up clutch is engaged at the time a vehicle starts moving. The vehicle lock-up clutch control device is provided with a control unit that delays the rise in lock-up command pressure if a line pressure, which is the source pressure of the actual lock-up oil pressure, is rising when the lock-up clutch is engaged at the time the vehicle starts moving. The control unit executes a torque reduction in the engine at least during the delay in the lock-up command pressure.

In the vehicle clutch hydraulic system, a main pump oil passage fluidly connects the mechanical oil pump to the control valve unit. A sub-pump oil passage fluidly connects the electric oil pump to a forward clutch oil passage into which an oil passage outlet opens at an inside location closer to a clutch rotational axis than a clutch oil chamber of the forward clutch.
