摘要: Process scheme configurations are disclosed that enable conversion of crude oil feeds with several processing units in an integrated manner into petrochemicals. The designs utilize minimum capital expenditures to prepare suitable feedstocks for the steam cracker complex. The integrated process for converting crude oil to petrochemical products including olefins and aromatics, and fuel products, includes mixed feed steam cracking and gas oil steam cracking. Feeds to the mixed feed steam cracker include light products and naphtha from hydroprocessing zones within the battery limits, recycle streams from the C3 and C4 olefins recovery steps, and raffinate from a pyrolysis gasoline aromatics extraction zone within the battery limits. Feeds to the gas oil steam cracker include unconverted oil intermediates from vacuum gas oil hydrotreating.

The ionic liquids are synthesized under conventional heating or microwave irradiation This invention is also related to the application of ionic liquids to remove sulfur compounds of naphthas through a liquid-liquid extraction and the recovery and reuse of ionic liquids by the application of heat, reduced pressure and washing with solvents.

摘要: The catalyst for producing aromatic hydrocarbon is for producing monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon having 6 to 8 carbon number from oil feedstock having a 10 volume % distillation temperature of 140° C. or higher and a 90 volume % distillation temperature of 380° C. or lower and contains crystalline aluminosilicate and phosphorus. A molar ratio (P/Al ratio) between phosphorus contained in the crystalline aluminosilicate and aluminum of the crystalline aluminosilicate is from 0.1 to 1.0. The production method of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is a method of bringing oil feedstock having a 10 volume % distillation temperature of 140° C. or higher and a 90 volume % distillation temperature of 380° C. or lower into contact with the catalyst for producing monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.

The process includes treating the fluid stream with a polytriazine, wherein the polytriazine converts the hydrogen sulfide to a corresponding thiol or thioether derivative, thereby reducing the amount of hydrogen sulfide present in the fluid stream.
