摘要: The present application discloses a fireproof coating material, and belongs to the technical field of fireproof coatings. The fireproof coating material includes 40-80 parts of an aqueous curing agent, 20-50 parts of water and 80-200 parts of a mother liquor of the fireproof coating material, wherein the mother liquor of the fireproof coating material consists of 50-80 parts of a flame retardant, 15-25 parts of a dispersant and 190-220 parts of water. The flame retardant used can not only effectively improve the problems of poor compatibility and mixing uniformity of a flame retardant with an aqueous latex in the existing fireproof coating material, but also can utilize O and H contained in a flame retardant system to form a carbonized layer during dehydration to isolate oxygen, preventing combustion, and enhancing the fire retardant performance.

摘要: A fluoroelastomer composition containing (a) a polyol-crosslinkable fluoroelastomer, (b) a cross-linking agent for polyol crosslinking, (c) a crosslinking accelerator; and (d) at least one acid acceptor selected from basic magnesium carbonate and magnesium phosphate, wherein the content of a divalent metal oxide is lower than 1 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the fluoroelastomer (a). Also disclosed is a molded article obtained by crosslinking the fluoroelastomer composition.

摘要: Provided is a thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) a non-liquid crystal thermoplastic polyester resin, 45 to 150 parts by weight of (B) a thermoplastic resin that is different from the non-liquid crystal thermoplastic polyester resin and has a dielectric loss tangent of not more than 0.005 when measured at a frequency of 5.8 GHz by the cavity resonance perturbation method, 2 to 20 parts by weight of (C) a compatibilizer having at least one reactive functional group selected from epoxy, acid anhydride, oxazoline, isocyanate, and carbodiimide groups, and 0.2 to 5 parts by weight of (D) at least one compound selected from tertiary amines, amidine compounds, organic phosphines and salts thereof, imidazoles, and boron compounds, wherein the ratio of the sum of the thermoplastic resin (B) and the compatibilizer (C) is in the range of 50 to 150 parts by weight and the weight ratio (B)/(C) of the thermoplastic resin (B) to the compatibilizer (C) is in the range of 8 to 50. The thermoplastic polyester resin composition can be molded into an article with low dielectric properties, excellent mechanical properties, and high bondability to metals.

The epoxidized triacylglycerol may be in the form of epoxidized soybean oil.

摘要: The present invention relates to an epoxy resin composition for a copper clad laminate, and an application of the epoxy resin composition. The epoxy resin composition may be used for the preparation of pre-pregs and copper clad laminates. By using brominated epoxy resin such as a low bromine epoxy resin and a high bromine epoxy resin as bromine sources and taking a phosphorus-containing phenanthrene-type compound as a phosphorus source, and adjusting the proportions of the brominated epoxy resins and the phosphorus-containing phenanthrene-type compound within the epoxy resin composition, the bromine content is controlled at 5-12%, the phosphorus content is controlled at 0.2-1.5%, and the flame retardancy achieves the level of UL94 V-0. Compared to pure bromine flame retardant copper clad laminates, the heat resistance is higher, and a higher CTI value is achieved. Compared to pure phosphorus flame retardant copper clad laminates, the moisture absorption is low, and the adhesion performance and process operability required for printed circuit substrates are provided. Compared to the use of a large amount of aluminum hydroxide in traditional high CTI sheet material, the present invention achieves CTI>600V using a small amount of aluminum hydroxide or without using aluminium hydroxide.

摘要: A fluororubber tube is provided, which is formed from a rubber composition containing a fluororubber, and not less than 3.8 parts by mass and not greater than 4.1 parts by mass of a polyol crosslinking agent and not less than 3 parts by mass and not greater than 7 parts by mass of a carbon black based on 100 parts by mass of the fluororubber. Thus, the fluororubber tube is made less tacky by suppressing the intrinsic adhesiveness of the crosslinked fluororubber without formation of a coating film which may otherwise complicate the structure of the tube and the production process of the tube or may result in contamination.
