摘要: A rubber composition based at least on a reinforcing filler comprising a content of silica of greater than or equal to 80 phr, preferably of greater than or equal to 100 phr, and on an elastomer matrix comprising a content of a modified diene elastomer of greater than or equal to 75 phr is provided. The modified diene elastomer comprises macromolecules comprising, within their structure, an n-functional branching unit, n having a value of at least 1 and of at most 9, preferably of at most 6, consisting of a group comprising at least two silicon atoms which are substituted by elastomer branches and connected together via a group comprising at least one nitrogen atom, the bonds between silicon and nitrogen atoms being produced via a spacer group.

摘要: The present disclosure provides compositions, articles thereof, and methods of forming compositions. In at least one aspect, a composition includes (1) an epoxy, (2) an amino or amido hardener, (3) a polyaniline, (4) a dopant selected from a triazolyl, a thiazolyl, a quinolinyl, a salicylate, a benzoate, a glycolate, a phosphate, a sulfonate, an oxalate, or combination(s) thereof; and (5) a pigment selected from titanium dioxide, silica, talc, mica, aluminium stearate, or combination(s) thereof. The polyaniline+dopant comprises greater than 6 wt %, by weight of the composition. In at least one aspect, a method includes introducing an acid form of a polyaniline to a hydroxide to form a polyaniline hydroxide. The method includes introducing a dopant to the polyaniline hydroxide to form a doped polyaniline.

摘要: Tire formulations containing at least one depolymerized wax, a natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, zinc oxide, an anti-ageing agent, sulfur, a napthenic process oil, polybutadiene rubber, carbon black, a paraffin wax, a microcrystalline wax, a Fischer Tropsch wax, stearic acid, and/or a rubber accelerator are disclosed. The wax can be made by catalytic depolymerization and/or thermal degradation of polymeric material. The polymeric material can be polypropylene and/or polyethylene. In some embodiments, the polymeric material can contain at least partially recycled material.

摘要: A thermoplastic vulcanizate composition, a method for forming a thermoplastic vulcanizate with the composition and a product thereof are disclosed. The thermoplastic vulcanizate composition includes a thermoplastic polyurethane, a rubber, a vulcanizing agent for crosslinking the rubber, and an additive. Wherein, a hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane is at least 19A greater than a hardness of the rubber, and the hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane is equal to or greater than 70A. A weight ratio of the thermoplastic polyurethane to the rubber is from 30:70 to 70:30. The crosslinked rubber is dispersed in a continuous phase constituted by the thermoplastic polyurethane.

摘要: A functionalized polyolefin and a tire tread composition comprising the functionalized polyolefin is described. The functionalized polyolefin comprises a vinyl/vinylidene-terminated polyolefin in which the vinyl/vinylidene terminus is functionalized with an alkoxysilane or an alkylsilane and optionally having ether, hydroxyl and/or amine functionality. The invention is also directed to the synthesis of vinyl/vinylidene-terminated polyolefins, functionalization at the vinyl/vinylidene terminus with an alkoxysilane or an alkylsilane and optionally having ether, hydroxyl and/or amine functionality.

In various embodiments, the filler material comprises a graphene-based carbon material. In various embodiments, the graphene-based carbon material comprises graphene comprising up to 15 layers, carbon aggregates having a median size from 1 to 50 microns, a surface area of the carbon aggregates at least 50 m2/g, when measured via a Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method with nitrogen as the adsorbate, and no seed particles.

摘要: A pneumatic tire having a tire component prepared by use of a rubber composition according to the present invention which comprises: a polybitadiene (i) which satisfies conditions of (A) a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) of 43 to 70, (B) a ratio (Tcp/ML1+4, 100° C.) of 5% by mass toluene solution viscosity (Tcp) to Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) of 0.9 to 1.7, (C) a stress relaxation time (T80), being a time until a torque is attenuated by 80% assuming that the torque at the end of ML1+4, 100° C. measurement is 100%, of 10.0 to 40.0 seconds, (D) a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2.50 to 4.00, and (F) a proportion of cis-structure in microstructural analysis of not more than 98 mol %; another rubber (ii); and a rubber reinforcing material (iii), is excellent in processability and properties of tire.

摘要: The present invention provides a modified conjugated diene-based polymer which includes a functional group derived from a substituted styrene-based compound and a functional group derived from an aminosilane-based compound, a method for preparing the same, and a rubber composition including the same. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer includes the functional group derived from an aminosilane-based compound of Formula 1 and a functional group derived from a substituted styrene-based compound of Formula 2 at both terminals of a main chain, and thus, shows a high modification ratio. When applying the polymer in a rubber composition, excellent affinity with a filler may be shown, and as a result, agglomeration of a filler in the rubber composition may be prevented, and the dispersibility of the filler may be increased, thereby improving the processability of the rubber composition.
