摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of preparation of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene (s-PB), in particular to a catalytic system and use thereof, and a preparation method of s-PB. In the present disclosure, the catalytic system includes an iron-containing organic compound, an azodicyano compound, an organoaluminum compound, and a free radical scavenger; where an iron element in the iron-containing organic compound, the azodicyano compound, the organoaluminum compound, and the free radical scavenger have a molar ratio of 1:(0.5-10):(5-100):(1-1000); and the free radical scavenger is selected from the group consisting of a sterically hindered phenol, a sterically hindered amine, and a phosphorus-containing antioxidant. The catalytic system can prepare the s-PB with a high activity at a high temperature, and the s-PB has a melting point of 60° C. to 130° C. with an extremely low gel content or even no gelation.

摘要: A functionalized macromolecule includes a hydrogenated interpolymer portion, a non-hydrogenated polymer portion, and the radical of a functional coupling agent covalently bonded to and linking those portions. The functional group of the coupling agent exhibits interactivity with silica. The interpolymer can include vinyl aromatic mer and conjugated diene mer, with at least some of the latter, typically at least 50 mole percent, having been hydrogenated.

Associative polymers herein described have a non-polar backbone with a longest span having a molecular weight that remains substantially unchanged under the flow conditions and functional groups presented at ends of the non-polar backbone, with a number of the functional groups presented at the ends of the non-polar backbone formed by associative functional groups capable of undergoing an associative interaction with another associative functional group with an association constant (k) such that the strength of each associative interaction is less than the strength of a covalent bond between atoms and in particular less than the strength of a covalent bond between backbone atoms.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing hydroxy-functionalized polydiene, preferably polybutadiene or polyisoprene, by reacting monomer diene with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a hydrophilic organic solvent, wherein the total amount of monomer diene used is added to the reaction in at least two parts, wherein the second part of the monomer diene is added to the reaction at a temperature of the reaction mixture that is at least +5 K different from the temperature of the reaction mixture at the addition of the first part of the monomer diene, to hydroxy-functionalized polybutadiene, having a dispersity index D below 2.7, a viscosity at 30° C. below 3200 mPa*s, an OH-number of from 50 to 90, a number average molecular weight Mn of from 1.6 to 2.5 kDa, and a weight number average molecular weight Mw of from 4.0 to 5.6 kDa, and comprising the monomer units derived from 1,3-butadiene in a specific ratio, and use of the hydroxy-functionalized polybutadiene, for the production of polyurethane-based thermo-or electro-insulation, adhesives or sealants or polyesters.

The rubber composition for tire tread maximizes the dispersion of silica and the interaction with rubber, and thus, the rubber composition is excellent in all of the properties with respect to wear resistance, low fuel economy, and braking performance.-
