摘要: A neodymium-catalyzed modified conjugated diene-based polymer having excellent affinity with a filler is provided. A method for preparing the same and a rubber composition including the same are also provided. The neodymium-catalyzed modified conjugated diene-based polymer includes a repeating unit derived from a conjugated diene-based monomer; and a functional group derived from a modifier represented by Formula 1 in at least one terminal of a polymer.

摘要: A resin-extended modified diene elastomer is capable of being obtained by a process comprising at least: anionically polymerizing, in an organic solvent, at least one conjugated diene monomer having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms in the presence of a polymerization initiator to form a living diene elastomer having a number-average molar mass Mn1; modifying the living diene elastomer by reaction with a modifying agent to form a modified diene elastomer having a number-average molar mass Mn2 and a glass transition temperature, measured according to the standard ASTM D3418-08, within a range extending from −95° C. to −70° C.; adding at least one plasticizing resin to the organic solvent comprising the modified diene elastomer; and removing the organic solvent to obtain the resin-extended modified diene elastomer. The resin-extended modified diene elastomer has an Mn2/Mn1 ratio of strictly greater than 1.00 and an Mn2 of greater than or equal to 200,000 g/mol.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a rubber composition for a truck tire, the rubber composition comprising 70 phr to 95 phr of polyisoprene, and 5 phr to 30 phr of a solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber having a glass transition temperature of less than −40° C. which is functionalized for the coupling to silica. Furthermore, the rubber composition comprises 40 phr to 80 phr of a filler comprising predominantly silica. Moreover, the present invention is directed to a truck tire comprising the rubber composition and to a truck comprising such a tire.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a rubber composition for a truck tire, the rubber composition comprising 70 phr to 95 phr of polyisoprene, 5 phr to 30 phr of a polybutadiene rubber having a cis content of less than 60% and being functionalized for the coupling to silica, as well as 40 phr to 80 phr of a filler comprising predominantly silica. Furthermore, the present invention is also directed to a tire comprising such a rubber composition and a truck with said tire.

摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a polymer which is recyclable and capable of performing as equally well as a new product. Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a rubber composition containing said polymer, a method for manufacturing said rubber composition, and a rubber product containing said rubber composition. To achieve the objects, the present disclosure provides a complex polymer, comprising: a polymer main chain containing a conjugated diene unit and/or an olefin unit; and a functional group bonded to the polymer main chain, wherein: the functional group contains nitrogen atom and/or phosphorus atom therein and is complexed with a metal ion of an element of group 7-10 in the Periodic Table; and the bond dissociation energy for dissociation of the metal ion and the functional group is 200 kJ/mol or more.

摘要: A method of making a solid composition by reacting a tetrazine component and a polymer component through an inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction (IEDDA). The solid composition formed by the Diels-Alder reaction is in the form of either a foam or a powder depending on the functional groups of the tetrazine component. The polymer component can be various substituted polybutadienes, mixtures of stereoisomeric polydienes, and polybutadiene copolymers. The gas produced during the reaction is nitrogen, hence, the solid composition can be considered a greener material than poiyurethanes, which involves carbon monoxide release during the course of the reaction. The aromatized polymer can act as a built in anti-oxidant with up to two hydrogen atom equivalents per dihydropyridazine group. The polymers of dihydropyridazines are converted to polymeric pyridazine groups by aromatization and the aromatic polymer becomes more stable.
