    摘要: The method comprises the steps of: preparing a multiple-layer film (10) comprising a first transparent protective layer (12), a second decorative layer (14) containing at least one pigment made of metal having a melting point below 250° C., and a third supporting layer (16) of thermoformable plastic material, at least a portion (13) of the surface of the first layer (12) opposite the second layer (14) being screen-printed with a polyurethane and/or acrylic based ink; thermoforming the film (10) at a temperature in the range from 130 to 180° C. and at a pressure in the range from 10 to 20 bar, in such a way as to form at least one recess (28) therein; pouring into the recess a thermosetting resin (30) which adheres to the third layer (16) of the film (10); making a covering sheet (32) adhere to the third layer (16) of the film (10) so as to enclose the poured resin (30), which undergoes a hardening process; and cutting the film (10) around the recess (28), thus producing a stratified decorative element comprising a portion of the film (10), a layer of resin (30) and a portion of the sheet (32).

    摘要: Provisions for electrostatically charging particles, as in an electrostatic printing operation, include a corona source for providing ionization in a predetermined region, a plate electrode spaced from the corona source, a grid electrode adjacent the corona source and spaced from the plate electrode and a nozzle for directing a flow of the finely divided particles intermediate the plate and grid electrodes. The grid electrode draws ions from the corona source into the region intermediate the plate and grid electrodes. A rotatable drum may be provided proximate the region of electrostatic charging of the particles to receive the particles on the surface thereof for transportation to a printing or application zone. Alternatively, a stencil screen may be provided proximate the region of charging of the particles to direct passage of the particles therethrough to define a desired image upon a substrate proximate the stencil screen.

    摘要: A garment having an outer surface not designed for writing has at least one rewritable area comprising a layer of rewritable material deposited directly onto a selected region of the outer surface. One or more permanent artworks may be deposited onto the garment prior to deposit of the rewritable layer, which may be contiguous or non-contiguous. A stencil is provided for allowing a user to write on rewritable areas while protecting adjacent areas of the garment. In one method for forming the rewritable area, a first portion of a permanent artwork and a second portion of the permanent artwork are successively deposited on the garment, followed by curing the permanent artwork and depositing a rewritable area on the garment.
