摘要: A method of immobilizing a metal catalyst in a porous support includes additively forming a precursor structure on a substrate from a metal catalyst and at least one of a metal oxide or a metal cluster compound; exposing the precursor structure to a vapor of an organic linker; and reacting the at least one of the metal oxide or the metal cluster compound in the precursor structure with the organic linker to form a porous support that immobilizes the metal catalyst.

摘要: An Aluminum nitride ceramic and preparation method thereof. The aluminum nitride ceramic comprises a porous aluminum nitride matrix. A ferrite is loaded on the pore surface of the porous aluminum nitride matrix; and nano nickel particles are loaded on the surface of the ferrite. The preparation method of the aluminum nitride ceramic comprises steps: sintering the aluminum nitride ceramic by pressureless sintering method, depositing the ferrite on pore surface of porous aluminum nitride matrix by hydrothermal method, and loading nano nickel particles on the surface of the ferrite by reduction method. A micro-reactor is provided. So that the technical problems: the preheating time of the micro-reactor prepared is too long, nickel particles fall off from the surface of matrix, and nano nickel particles grow up due to quick and direct temperature rise can be solved.

摘要: The specification discloses a highly macroporous catalyst for hydroprocessing and hydroconversion of heavy hydrocarbon feedstocks. The high macroporosity catalyst incudes an inorganic oxide, molybdenum, and nickel components. It has a pore structure such that at least 18% of its total pore volume is in pores of a diameter greater than 5,000 angstroms and at least 25% of its total pore volume is in pores of a diameter greater than 1,000 angstroms. Preferably, the pore structure is bimodal. The catalyst is made by co-mulling the catalytic components with a high molecular weight polyacrylamide followed by forming the co-mulled mixture into a particle or an extrudate. The particle or extrudate is dried and calcined under controlled calcination temperature conditions to yield a calcined particle or extrudate of the high macroporosity catalyst composition.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing alcohols by hydrogenation of C9 aldehydes. 摘要: This invention relates to an aqueous dispersion of particles, the dispersion having a particle content of 10-70 wt %, and the particles comprising, on an oxide basis: (a) 10-98 wt % in total of ZrO2+HfO2, and (b) 2-90 wt % in total of Al2O3, CeO2, La2O3, Nd2O3, Pr6O11, Y2O3, or a transition metal oxide, wherein the dispersion has a Z-average particle size of 100-350 nm and the particles have a crystallite size of 1-9 nm. The invention also relates to a substrate coated with the aqueous dispersion of particles.
