摘要: A process for the production of an oxidized polymer from a tetrakis hydroxyalkyl phosphonium compound comprising NH3 or at least one nitrogen compound comprising at least one NH2 or at least two NH groups, or NH3, comprising the steps of: (a) reacting at least one tetrakis hydroxyalkyl phosphonium compound with NH3 or at least one nitrogen compound in order to obtain a precondensate, wherein the molar ratio of the tetrakis hydroxyakyl phosphonium compound to the nitrogen compound is in the range of 1: (0.05 to 2.0), preferably in the range of 1: (0.5 to 1.5), particularly preferably in the range of 1: (0,65 to 1.2), (b) crosslinking the precondensate obtained in process step (a) with the aid of ammonia to form a crosslinked polymer, (c) oxidizing the crosslinked polymer obtained in step (b) by adding an oxidizing agent to the oxidized polymer, wherein, in step (b), the precondensate from step (a) and the ammonia are each injected by means of a nozzle into a reactor space enclosed by a reactor housing onto a common collision point.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing an additive with a gas flow, in particular for an exhaust gas system of a vehicle having an internal combustion engine, that comprises a mixing chamber which can be flowed through by at least a portion of the gas flow, said mixing chamber having at least one inlet opening through which a main inlet flow of the gas flow flows into the mixing chamber on operation of the apparatus, having at least one metering opening and having at least one outlet opening. The apparatus further comprises a metering device by means of which an additive flow of the additive can be introduced into the mixing chamber through the metering opening, wherein the inlet opening and the metering opening are arranged and formed such that the main inlet flow and the additive flow in substantially opposite directions into the mixing chamber so that the main inlet flow and the additive flow impact one another.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for detecting polynucleotides in a sample and for quantifying polynucleotide load in a sample. The polynucleotides can be associated with a disease, disorder, or condition. In some applications, methylated DNA is quantified, e.g., in order to determine the load of polynucleotides in a sample. The present disclosure also provides methods and compositions for determining the load of fetal polynucleotides in a biological sample, e.g., the load of fetal polynucleotides (e.g., DNA, RNA) in maternal plasma. The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for detecting cellular processes such as cellular viability, growth rates, and infection rates. This disclosure also provides compositions and methods for detecting differences in copy number of a target polynucleotide. In some embodiments, the methods and compositions provided herein are useful for diagnosis of fetal genetic abnormalities, when the starting sample is maternal tissue (e.g., blood, plasma). The methods and materials described apply techniques for allowing detection of small, but statistically significant, differences in polynucleotide copy number.

摘要: To condition an operating medium in a test object circuit (PK) of a test object (P) on a test bench to a desired temperature as quickly as possible, the invention proposes providing a mixing unit (3), there being provided, in the mixing unit (3), a mixing region (28) in which operating medium of the test object circuit (PK) can be mixed with preconditioned operating medium from a conditioning circuit (KK) in order to condition the operating medium in the test object circuit (PK) to the predefined setpoint temperature (T_SOLL), there being provided, on the mixing unit (3), for the fluidic integration of the mixing unit (3) in the test object circuit (PK), at least one test object circuit supply connection (26a) and at least one test object circuit outlet connection (26b) which are fluidically connected to one another via the mixing region (28) in order to form a part of the test object circuit (PK), there being provided, on the mixing unit (3), for connection of the mixing unit (3) to a conditioning unit (2) of the conditioning system (1), at least one conditioning unit supply connection (27a) and at least one conditioning unit return connection (27b) which are fluidically connected to one another via the mixing region (28) in order to form a part of the conditioning circuit (KK) for the operating medium.
