Abstract: This invention discloses an electro-welding protective glove and its preparation method. The method comprises: S1, selecting raw materials; S2, preparing a refined terephthalic acid/graphene oxide/ethylene glycol modified slurry; S3, esterification reaction; S4, condensation reaction; S5, heating and melting the modified graphene oxide flame-retardant polyester masterbatch, then spinning it into a bundle; S6, weaving the obtained graphene oxide flame-retardant polyester filament into a woven fabric; S7, preparing a flame-retardant agent finishing solution, immersing the fabric into the finishing solution, then drying it; S8, according to the glove template, cutting and sewing the obtained fabric. This invention also provides an electro-welding protective glove prepared by the method. The method provided by this invention is simple and suitable for electro-welding and other fields, and can effectively protect human safety.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a phosphorus-nitrogen-zinc two-dimensional supramolecular coated molybdenum disulfide hybrid flame retardant and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of halogen-free flame retardant. Components of the phosphorus-nitrogen-zinc two-dimensional supramolecular coated molybdenum disulfide hybrid material in the disclosure include, by weight, 1-2 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 1-1.5 parts of zinc salt, 5-8 parts of a nitrogen-containing compound and 5-10 parts of a phosphorus-containing compound. As a flame retardant, the hybrid material of the disclosure effectively exerts an organic-inorganic synergistic flame retardant effect; the flame retardant efficiency of molybdenum disulfide is improved; the addition amount of the flame retardant in a matrix is reduced; the mechanical properties of the matrix can be improved at the same time; and the material has a very good application prospect.

Abstract: A method for producing an artificial turf fiber, comprising:
preparing a core polymer mixture from a core polymer and a thread polymer forming beads within the core polymer;
coextruding the core polymer mixture with a cladding polymer component into a monofilament, the core polymer mixture forming a cylindrical core, The cladding polymer component forming a cladding encompassing the core with a non-circular profile;
quenching the monofilament;
reheating the quenched monofilament;
stretching the reheated monofilament to deform the beads into threadlike regions; and
providing one or more of the stretched monofilaments as the artificial turf fiber.-

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a phase-change flame-retardant fiber material for thermal management of a lithium ion battery in a closed space and a preparation method. The phase-change flame-retardant fiber material is prepared in a coaxial electrostatic spinning manner and includes a composite phase-change fiber material PASA-TPU at a core part and a flame-retardant fiber material TB-PAN wrapping a surface of the core part. The composite phase-change fiber material is well wrapped with the flame-retardant fiber material, and the lithium ion battery wrapping the whole phase-change flame-retardant fiber material in the closed space is subjected to charge-discharge cycle; the result shows that the surface temperature of the battery can be effectively reduced by about 20° C. by the material, and the material can effectively play a role in multiple cycle processes; the whole material has an excellent and stable heat absorption effect, and has no leakage and collapse; and the phase-change flame-retardant fiber material only has thermal shrinkage and blackening phenomena and is not combusted after being ignited by open fire for over 20 s. Therefore, the phase-change flame-retardant fiber material of the present disclosure has a relatively good flame-retardant effect compared with other phase-change materials.

Abstract: A type of polyester yarn for an industrial sewing thread and preparing method thereof are provided. The preparing method is composed of a viscosity enhancing by a solid state polycondensation and a melt spinning for a modified polyester, and the modified polyester is a product of esterification and polycondensation of evenly mixed terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, tert-butyl branched dicarboxylic acid, trimethylsilyl branched diol and a doped Sb2O3 powder, wherein the tert-butyl branched dicarboxylic acid is selected from the group consisting of 5-tert-butyl-1,3-benzoic acid, 2-tert-butyl-1,6-hexanedioic acid, 3-tert-butyl-1,6-hexanedioic acid and 2,5-di-tert-butyl-1,6-hexanedioic acid. Moreover, the modified polyester is dispersed with a doped ZrO2 powder. An obtained fiber has an intrinsic viscosity drop of 23-28% when stored at 25° C. and R.H. 65% for 60 months.
