摘要: The present disclosure provides for a bicomponent fiber that includes a first region formed of a condensation polymer and a second region formed from a polyethylene blend. The polyethylene blend includes (i) an ethylene-based polymer having a density of 0.920 g/cm3 to 0.970 g/cm3 and a melt index, I2, as determined by ASTM D1238 at 190° C. and 2.16 kg of 0.5 to 150 g/10 minutes; (ii) a maleic anhydride-grafted polyethylene; and (iii) an inorganic Brønsted-Lowry acid having an acid strength pKa value at 25° C. of 1 to 6.5, wherein the polyethylene blend has a 0.03 to 0.5 weight percent of grafted maleic anhydride based on the total weight of the polyethylene blend. The first region is a core region of the bicomponent fiber and the second region is a sheath region of the bicomponent fiber, where the sheath region surrounds the core region.

摘要: The present invention provides a lace fabric of a helical structure containing twisted optical fiber threads and a production method therefor. The lace fabric includes light guiding threads, an external sleeve and braided ropes. The light guiding threads and the braided ropes are mutually twisted to form a whole body; the external sleeve is further sleeved outside the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; an LED light source module is arranged at the outer parts of the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; and a light-emitting end of the LED light source module and the light guiding threads are arranged opposite to each other. The present invention is safe, is low in cost, is conveniently applied to and combined into various daily supplies, is used in some spaces with little light, such as outdoors in the night and other places.

摘要: Provided is a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric including fibers formed of a resin composition that contains: a propylene polymer (A); and a polymer (B) which is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyolefins, other than the propylene polymer (A), and polyesters. The fibers have a sea-island structure. The fibers include fibers in which a ratio of island phases having a diameter of less than 0.32 μm among those island phases at a cross-section perpendicular to the axial direction of the fibers is 60% or higher on a number basis. In the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, a ratio (SMB/SCB) of the tensile strength (SMD) in a machine flow direction (MD) with respect to the tensile strength (SCD)) in a direction (CD) perpendicular to the machine flow direction (MD) is from 2.0 to 5.1.

摘要: The invention relates to a spunbonded fabric of endless filaments made of thermoplastic plastic, wherein the endless filaments are designed as multi-component filaments having a core/sheath configuration. The filaments contain at least one lubricant, the lubricant being present exclusively or at least to 90 wt. % in the core component. The mass ratio between the core component and the sheath component is 65:35 to 80:20. The proportion of the lubricant is 250 to 5500 ppm with respect to the total filament.

The hollow fiber comprises a hollow cavity that extends along at least a portion of the fiber in the longitudinal direction. The cavity is defined by an interior wall that is formed front a thermoplastic composition containing a continuous phase that includes a polyolefin matrix polymer and a nanoinclusion additive dispersed within the continuous phase in the form of discrete domains. A porous network is defined in the composition that includes a plurality of nanopores.

摘要: Provided are bicomponent fibers. The bicomponent fiber comprises a first region and a second region. The first region comprises a first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer, and the second region comprises a second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer. The first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer has a highest peak melting temperature (Tm) less than 130° C. and at least 3.5° C. greater than a highest peak melting temperature of the second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer. The bicomponent fibers can be used for forming nonwovens that in aspect have improved tensile strength, elongation at break, and/or abrasion resistance.
