摘要: Provided is a hybrid work machine capable of performing a warm-up operation on an electric storage device by charging and discharging while suppressing the occurrence of lug-down or over-revolution to an engine. The hybrid work machine includes: an engine; an assist motor mechanically connected to the engine, causing a discharge by generating a drive torque, and generating electric power by generating a brake torque; a hydraulic pump driven by a total torque of the engine and the assist motor; an electric storage device storing the electric power generated by the assist motor and supplying the electric power when the assist motor is discharged; and a controller outputting a torque command signal in order to control the drive torque or the brake torque of the assist motor. The hybrid work machine further includes a torque-command-value arithmetic unit calculating a hydraulic pump torque necessary to drive the hydraulic pump, and calculating the torque command signal that is equal to or lower than a value obtained by subtracting a preset minimum torque of the engine from the hydraulic pump torque.

摘要: A motor generator (27) is connected mechanically to an engine (21) and a hydraulic pump (23). The hydraulic pump (23) delivers pressurized oil to cylinders (11D) to (11F) in a working mechanism (11), a traveling hydraulic motor (25) and a revolving hydraulic motor (26). The revolving hydraulic motor (26) drives a revolving device (3) in cooperation with a revolving electric motor (33). The motor generator (27) and the revolving electric motor (33) are connected electrically to an electricity storage device (31). An HCU (36) sets a target electricity storage rate (SOC0) of the electricity storage device (31) and a pump output limit (POL0) of the hydraulic pump (23) corresponding to a mode selected by a mode selection device (38). The HCU (36) controls the engine (21), the motor generator (27), the revolving electric motor (33) and the electricity storage device (31) corresponding to the target electricity storage rate (SOC0) and the pump output limit (POL0).

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid construction machine that can quickly warm up an electrical storage device and can improve the service life of the electrical storage device. This hybrid construction machine is equipped with: a prime mover (1); an electric motor that supplements the power of the prime mover (1) and generates electric power; an electrical storage device (8) that transmits power to and receives power from the electric motor; a warm-up circuit (25) that circulates a heating medium heated by waste heat from the prime mover (1) or the electric motor, or by a heater (40), to the vicinity of the electrical storage device (8); a control device that controls charging/discharging of the electrical storage device (8) and circulation of the heating medium of the warm-up circuit (25); and an outside air temperature measurement device that measures the outside air temperature. The control device executes warm-up operation by means of the heating medium, determines whether or not to execute charging/discharging of the electrical storage device (8) for the purpose of the warm-up operation in response to the outside air temperature measured by the outside air temperature measurement device, and conducts warm-up operation in which the warm-up operation by charging/discharging of the electrical storage device (8) is effected simultaneously.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide hybrid construction machinery in which a power storage apparatus can be warmed up quickly and a life of the power storage apparatus can be lengthened. The hybrid construction machinery includes: an electric motor assisting a prime mover in power and generating electric power; the power storage apparatus transferring electric power to and from the electric motor; a warm-up circuit circulating a warming medium in the vicinity of the power storage apparatus; and a control device controlling circulation of the warming medium in the warm-up circuit. The hybrid construction machinery is provided with on-board equipment state detection units that detect states of on-board equipment to estimate an output request for the power storage apparatus from the on-board equipment. The control device controls circulation of the warming medium based on a temperature of the power storage apparatus and a determination temperature for determining whether to circulate the warming medium in the warm-up circuit. The control device further varies the determination temperature according to a result of detection by the on-board equipment state detection units.
