Abstract: This electric braking device is provided with: an electric motor MTR that, in accordance with an operation amount Bpa of a braking operation member BP, generates a pressing force Fba, being a force pressing a friction member MSB against a rotary member KTB that rotates integrally with a wheel WHL of the vehicle; and a circuit board KBN to which a processor MPR and a bridge circuit BRG are mounted. The device is further provided with a rotation angle sensor MKA for detecting the rotation angle Mka of the electric motor, and drives the electric motor MTR on the basis of the rotation angle Mka. An end face Mmk of the rotation angle sensor MKA is fixed so as to be in contact with the circuit board KBN. The device is further provided with a pressing force sensor FBA for detecting the pressing force Fba, and drives the electric motor MTR on the basis of the pressing force Fba. An end face Mfb of the pressing force sensor FBA is fixed so as to be in contact with the circuit board KBN.

The motor pin PMT penetrates a holding member HJB and is pressed into the circuit board KBN, which is fixed to the caliper CRP by the holding member HJB and the motor pin PMT.

Abstract: A braking control device generates a force for pressing a friction member against a rotating member fixed to a wheel of the vehicle via an electric motor controlled by a controller in accordance with an operation amount of an operation member. A pressing force sensor detects a pressing force actual value, and a rotation angle sensor detects a rotation angle actual value of the motor. The controller determines whether an operating state of the pressing force sensor is appropriate. When the operating state is appropriate, the motor output is adjusted based on the pressing force actual value, a correlation between the pressing force actual value and the rotation angle actual value is stored, and a conversion calculation map is created based on the correlation. When the operating state is not appropriate, the motor output is adjusted based on the rotation angle actual value and the conversion calculation map.

Abstract: The present invention is provided with a power transmission member rotatably supported by a caliper, and a ratchet wheel fixed by the member. A first linear direction movement of a pawl member that engages with a mobile member of a solenoid is guided by a guide member fixed by the caliper. The pawl member is continuously pressed in a release direction by an elastic member. The interlocking force in an interlocking direction, imparted by mobile member of the solenoid mobile member to the pawl member, and the release force in the release direction, which is imparted by the elastic member to the pawl member oppose each other, and the interlocking force is larger than the release force. The pawl member and the mobile member move linearly together in one of the interlocking direction and the release direction.

Abstract: This electric braking device uses drive torque of an electric motor to push a friction member against a rotating member secured to a vehicle wheel and produce braking torque in the vehicle wheel. This device comprises a body power source for electric motor power supply secured to a body of the vehicle, and a vehicle wheel power source for electric motor power supply secured to the vehicle wheel. The body power source supplies power to the vehicle wheel power source via a first electric path, and the vehicle wheel power source supplies power to the electric motor via a second electric path. When braking torque is produced in the vehicle wheel, the electric motor is normally driven using the vehicle wheel power source. An electric braking device is thereby provided in which a power line electrically connecting the body side and the vehicle wheel side bends readily.

Abstract: A vehicular electrical braking device equipped with a control means for driving an electric motor and a lock mechanism, the electric motor pressing a friction member against a rotary member, and the lock mechanism applying parking brake. The control means comprises steps of: calculating an instruction pressure force on the basis of the amount of brake operation; calculating a parking pressure force on the basis of a parking signal; determining as a target pressure force the greater one of the instruction pressure force and the parking pressure force; adjusting the amount of power to be applied to the electrical motor such that an actual pressure force matches the target pressure force on the basis of the target pressure force and the actual pressure force; and controlling the operation of the lock mechanism on the basis of the actual pressure force.
