Abstract: An exercise bike flywheel system includes a rotating shaft, a flywheel, one or more brake components, a bracket, first and second magnet components, first and second links, first and second gears and a driving device set. By driving the movement of the first magnet component and the second magnet component respectively through the first link and the second link, it avoids the situation of using a steel cable to pull the magnet component to the extreme position and getting stuck, thereby avoiding the generation of noise and motor burnout. If there is a program failure in the upper control instrument, you only need to adjust the program.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a robot gripper with a closing mechanism that while providing a desirable closing speed avoids exerting a force on the rigid object which is greater than the holding force required to hold the rigid object in the gripper. In another aspect, the present invention provides a robot gripper capable of detecting a slip or loss of an object held by the gripper. In an alternative aspect, the present invention provides a robot gripper capable of being hand guided. In another aspect, the invention provides a robot gripper brake drive circuit with faster operation. In one other aspect, the invention provides a connector for connecting a robot end effector to a robot arm with an adjustable cable.

Abstract: A power generation device includes a columnar support member, a cylindrical rotation member, a first gear, a second gear, a generator, a step-up gear, and a case. An axis of the support member is a first axis. A direction orthogonal to the first axis is defined as a radial direction. The cylindrical rotation member is supported rotatably relative to the support member. The first gear rotates integrally with the cylindrical rotation member. The second gear is supported rotatably about a second axis. The second axis extends along a direction crossing the first axis. The second gear meshes with the first gear. The step-up gear speeds up rotation of the second gear, and transmits the speeded-up rotation to the generator. The case houses the first gear, the second gear, and the step-up gear. The generator is supported by the case. The case is supported by the support member.

Abstract: A system includes a permanent magnet generator (PMG) with a generator shaft defining a longitudinal axis. A brake system includes a brake shaft with a first end operatively connected to the generator shaft for selectively rotating with the generator shaft or braking to slow the generator shaft. A shear shaft is operatively connected to a second end of the brake shaft axially opposite the first end along the longitudinal axis. The brake system includes a press fit sleeve engaged about the brake shaft and an actuator. The actuator is operatively connected to actuate a pawl between a first position spaced apart from the press fit sleeve for normal operation of the PMG, and a second position engaged with the press fit sleeve to apply braking forces to the press fit sleeve and to the generator shaft.
