    摘要: A pedal bracket is divided into a main bracket and a sub-bracket. The main bracket and the sub-bracket are connected by a mounting bolt and a nut, the mounting bolt serving as a supporting shaft of a swing link which connects a brake pedal and a push rod. When an external force of a predetermined value or greater is applied to the front of the vehicle, an extending portion of the sub-bracket is pressed by the main bracket and swings substantially rearward of the vehicle and a clevis at the end of the push rod is forced in substantially toward the front side of the vehicle by a front surface of the extending portion. Accordingly, the brake pedal swings around a mounting bolt substantially toward the front side of the vehicle via the swing link and the like and a pedal pad is displaced substantially toward the front side of the vehicle.

Further, “sudden-stop control” for rapidly stopping electric motor rotation motion is executed based on a slip state quantity of a front wheel. The sudden-stop control is executed when rear wheel slip suppression control is not being executed. As the sudden-stop control, “control for changing an energization amount of the electric motor stepwise to an energization limit value set in advance corresponding to a deceleration direction of the electric motor” may be executed. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress excessive rear wheel slip due to inertia influences or the like of the electric motor when execution of the rear wheel slip suppression control is started.

The EPB-ECU includes a current supply unit for supplying a motor current to the electric motor and stopping the supply of the motor current when the motor current reaches a predetermined target current value, a supply time measurement unit for measuring a supply time of the motor current, a waiting time setting unit for setting a waiting time from when the supply of the motor current is stopped to when the supply of the motor current is restarted next time on the basis of the measured motor current supply time, and a control unit for instructing the current supply unit to supply the motor current according to the set waiting time.
