摘要: The brake adjustment device positions the brake pedal according to user customization. A base secures to the braking system of the vehicle. An adjustable arm provides two ends, a first end that attaches to the base and a second end that attaches to the brake pedal. The attachment of the base and the adjustable arm adjusts to vary the distance between the attachment end of the base and the attachment end of the adjustable arm. Increasing the distance between the attachment end of the base and the attachment end of the adjustable arm raises the brake pedal. Decreasing the distance between the attachment end of the base and the attachment end of the adjustable arm lowers the brake pedal.

A power transmission unit is configured for selectively providing pressurized hydraulic fluid. A pair of rear brake motors selectively electrically actuate rear parking brakes. An electronic control unit controls at least one of the power transmission unit and the pair of rear brake motors. A normally-closed DAP valve is located hydraulically between the power transmission unit and at least one of a two-position three-way valve and at least the selected one of the pairs of wheel brakes. An isolation valve and a dump valve are associated with each wheel brake.

The sensor unit is attached to the carrier component at the side of the brake pedal such that the sensor is arranged on a pivot bearing of the brake pedal.

摘要: A patient support apparatus includes a base having a length and including a plurality of caster wheels enabling movement of the patient support apparatus across a floor surface. An auxiliary wheel support structure is secured to the base and rotatably supports at least one non-castered auxiliary wheel. A drive mechanism including a motor may be configured to drive the auxiliary wheel. A braking system including at least one brake member may be configured to apply a braking force to decelerate the auxiliary wheel and is movable between a first position wherein the at least one brake member is disengaged from the auxiliary wheel and a deployed position wherein the at least one brake member is frictionally engaged with the auxiliary wheel to restrict rotation of the auxiliary wheel. The braking system may be configured to synchronize the braking forces applied to first and second auxiliary wheels.

摘要: An electronic pedal device includes an accelerator pedal module and a brake pedal module that operate in a pressure operation manner, whereby a driver may operate the same with a small force. The driver may easily recognize the operational state of the pedal based on a haptic signal generated during operation of the pedal. Because operation of the pedal is detected through a dual detecting structure using a Hall sensor and a pressure sensor, safety may be further ensured during operation of the pedal.

摘要: A pedal emulator for a vehicle is provided comprising a base part for mounting the pedal emulator to a structure of the vehicle. A pedal lever is pivotable around a rotary axis of the base part. A force generation unit exerts a counterforce on the pedal lever by means of at least one coupling element for mechanically coupling the force generation unit with the pedal lever. The counterforce works counter to an actuating force exerted on the pedal lever. The force generation unit and the coupling element are designed and arranged in such a way that a progression of the counterforce along a pedal travel of the pedal lever (6) takes the form of a non-linear progression in a pedal travel-counterforce diagram.
