    摘要: Fine silica particles surface-treated with a silane and having primary particles having a particle diameter of from 0.01 to 5 &mgr;m, which fine silica particles fulfill the following conditions (i) and (ii), a process for their production and an organic resin composition containing such particles as a component are provided. (i) When an organic compound which is liquid at room temperature and has a dielectric constant of from 1 to 40 F/m and fine silica particles are mixed in a weight ratio of 5:1 and shaked, the fine silica particles disperse uniformly in the organic compound, and (ii) the quantity of primary particles remaining as primary particles when methanol is evaporated under heating by means of an evaporator from a dispersion prepared by dispersing the fine silica particles in methanol and thereafter the particles are held at a temperature of 100° C. for 2 hours, is in a percentage of at least 20% based on the quantity of primary particles originally present. The present fine silica particles are highly dispersible and low aggregative, and the organic resin composition containing them is useful for obtaining films having a good transparency and superior blocking resistance, slip properties and scratch resistance.

    摘要: A process for producing an organosilicon resin is disclosed. The process includes the steps of equilibrating a mixture of silane compounds of Si(OR.sup.3).sub.4 wherein R.sup.3 's are a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R.sup.2 Si(OR.sup.4).sub.3 wherein R.sup.2 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and R.sup.4 's are a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R.sup.1.sub.3 SiX wherein X is an --OH group, an --OSiR.sup.1.sub.3 group or a hydrolyzable group, and R.sup.1 's are a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; adding water to the product of the equilibration reaction to carry out hydrolysis reaction; and adding an aqueous alkali to the product of the hydrolysis reaction to carry out condensation reaction. The organosilicon resin obtained is well dispersible in a resin premix containing a polyol, a blowing agent, a catalyst and a foam stabilizer, and also is highly hydrophobic and low reactive. Hence, the resin premix containing the organosilicon resin has good storage stability. Accordingly, this resin premix need not be agitated when used and also can provide polyurethane foams having superior properties such as dimensional stability.

The apparatus includes a frame address table which indicates a storage location in the apparatus of each frame of video data to start a special reproduction or a reproduction at a desired frame and a control unit controlling a switch bus connecting a plurality of video storage and delivery apparatuses to a plurality of channels so as to conduct data transfers via the switch bus between the apparatuses and between video reproduction devices of the users. From an optical disk data storage storing video data, a plurality of video data items are read in a timesharing fashion to be temporarily stored in a magnetic disk device or a semiconductor memory, thereby delivering the video data items therefrom to the users.

    摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided which include a plurality of cell columns each having a number of unit cells previously fabricated on a semiconductor substrate selected from the plural kinds of unit cells which are formed in desired circuits by electrically connecting circuit devices previously arranged. Each column includes at least one kind of unit cell of a dynamic circuit which has a node in a floating state during the operation of the cell unit. A fixed potential shield layer is also provided on the cell columns so as to cover the nodes of the dynamic circuits. By virtue of this, a wiring area for electrically connecting the desired cell units can be located between the cell columns and above the shield layer. In other words, signal wirings in the wiring area can pass over the nodes of the dynamic circuits. without adverse parasitic effects. The unit cell can also be provided with a precharge circuit comprising a standard cell and an in-cell wiring layer. Further, clock input terminals of the unit cells which are provided with a precharge circuit can be divided into plural groups, with all of said clock input terminals belonging to the same group and having equal load capacitances being connected. Clock buffer cells can be provided for supplying clock signals to the clock signal wirings for each group.

    摘要: A polyoxyalkylene-organopolysiloxane copolymer is prepared by reacting a polyoxyalkylene allyl ether with an organohydrogenpolysiloxane in the presence of a platinum group metal catalyst. In one embodiment, a polyoxyalkylene allyl ether having a CPR value of less than 0.5 is used. In another embodiment, a polyoxyalkylene allyl ether having a CPR value of less than 5 is used and an acid is added for neutralization prior to the reaction. The copolymer can be produced while substantially eliminating solvents and additives or minimizing the amounts thereof.
