    摘要: A long time monitoring and self-powered solar light-emitting diode (LED) lamp wireless sensor device, capable of monitoring bridge, building or structure in real-time. The device comprises a substrate, at least one LED lamp bead, a rechargeable battery, a solar cell, at least one wireless communication module, at least one sensor and a control unit. The device is contained in a casing having a transparent region and a waterproof function. The solar cell stores energy into the rechargeable battery in sunshine environment, and by comparing the sensing value with a threshold, it is determined whether a safety issue occurs, so as to emit alert. In the night, the rechargeable battery supplies power to the LED lamp beads for illumination or decoration lighting of the structure. Wireless communication links the entire system for providing safety monitoring information, LED lighting or decoration instruction.

    摘要: A method for packaging micromachined devices fabricated by MEMS and semiconductor process is disclosed in this invention. The method employed etching technique to etch a trench surrounding the micromachined components on each chip of the first wafer down to the bottom interconnection metal layer. The said trench can accommodate the solder of flip-chip packaging. On each chip of the second wafer, or called as the second chip, a surrounding copper pillar wall corresponding to the trench on the first chip is deposited. By wafer-level packaging, the trench on the first chip is aligned to the pillar wall, and then bonded together with elevated temperature. The face-to-face chamber formed between two chips can allow the movement of the micromachined structures. Further, the signal or power connections between two chips can be established by providing several discrete pillar bumps.

    摘要: An apparatus applied to detect the human breath gas, including a substrate which carries a circuit module, a CNT-based (carbon nanotube) gas sensing element, a wireless transmission/receiver module, and a power supplier, etc. and a clamp structure that could be clamped on the columella between the nostrils. The detectable gas also includes the bioaerosol in the gas. The CNT-based gas sensors react with the breath air and detect whether the specific gas and bioaerosol in the air or not while breathing in and out and the temperature of the air could be measured. This invention can measure the electric response of the CNT-based gas sensor, process the signal by the circuit module and transmit the processed signal to the wireless receiver by wireless transmission/receiver module. And the wireless signal receiver will differentiate the species, concentration and temperature of the gas and provide a warning signal while the specific gas or bioaerosol is detected. The apparatus is portable and has the functions of rapid response and high sensitivity.

    摘要: The method and apparatus of the invention is used to heat the surface of the mold insert or cavity by high frequency current. There are holes near the heated surface in the mold and the coils can be installed into the holes. The coils surround the heated surface and are conducted with high frequency current. Due to the directional change of the current, the blocks that are surrounded by the coils will be heated by the hysteresis losses and the eddy-current losses. The surface of the mold insert or cavity will be heated rapidly. There are cooling holes set near the heated surface or beside the coil-pipe. The cooling liquid or air can flow in the holes to carry out extra energy and the temperature of the mold will be decreased. The position of the cooling holes, the flow speed and temperature deviation of the liquid and air will influence the temperature of the mold. The method and apparatus will improve the quality of the thermal-plastic products and elevate the number of the cavity.

By using ventilation device, the airflow can pass through the corona discharge apparatus, and the electric charge produced due to the corona discharge on the carbon nanotubes. The electric charge impacts oxygen molecular is divided two oxygen atoms. The reaction of oxygen molecular and oxygen atom can produce ozone. Furthermore, by performing corona discharge, at least part of the particle of gas will become charged particle, and the present invention further comprises a particle collector used to collect the charged particle. When the particle in the air followed by airflow pass through the corona discharge apparatus, the electric charge produced due to corona discharge on the carbon nanotubes can attach to the particle to achieve the charging.

    摘要: A micro-heating apparatus for locally controlling a temperature in a mold includes substrate, at least a micro-heating module installed on the substrate, and at least a temperature detector installed on the substrate near the micro-heater for measuring the local temperature. The micro-heating module includes a micro-heater, an external power circuit, and a connection electrode for connecting the external power circuit and a programmable external power device. The substrate with the micro-heating module and the temperature detector thereon is capable of combining with the mold so that the micro-heater contacts a plastic material in the mold. The programmable external power device is used for connecting to the external power circuit to control the micro-heater to heat the plastic material so as to control the temperature when the temperature around an interface of the plastic material and the micro-heater is measured.
