摘要: A mold insert and an injection-molding machine including the mold insert. The mold insert has at least one filament cavity and a stack of at least a first and second insert plates, wherein the first plate has a front face that closely abuts a front face of the second insert plate. A portion of the a filament cavity is provided in at least one of the front faces of the first and second insert plates such that the filament cavity is open at a top surface of the mold insert but does not extend to a bottom surface of the mold insert. A venting cavity is provided in the same front face of the insert plate in which the portion of the at least one filament cavity is provided.

Of plate surfaces of the molded main body, a surface on an opposite side to a surface requiring surface accuracy constitutes a pressure-application surface to which pressure is applied by a movable insert. A parting line is formed on the pressure-application surface by the movable insert to satisfy the following relationship: (t/4)≤x≤(3t/2), where x is a distance from an end edge part of the molded main body to the parting line and t is a thickness of the molded main body.

摘要: A resin composition for molding having excellent heat resistance, hardness, cost-effectiveness, and biodegradability is provided by using an amorphous resin material component extracted from plant-derived wood. The resin composition is a hemicellulose monomer obtained by applying a methacrylation reaction or acrylation reaction to a hemicellulose or hemicellulose derivative and has a molecular structure in which a methacrylic group or acryloyl group is bonded to the hemicellulose or hemicellulose derivative. This hemicellulose monomer has excellent injection moldability.

摘要: The present invention relates to the use of thermoplastic polymer compositions for impregnating reinforcing materials in the form of fabric or industrial fabrics for the manufacture of composite materials. The field of the invention is that of composite materials as well as molding/consolidation processes and obtained parts. The invention more particularly relates to a method of manufacturing a composite article by injection molding comprising at least the steps of introducing at least one reinforcement fabric into a preheated mold, partial closure of the mold, a temperature rise step of the mold, optionally a step of maintaining the temperature of the mold before injection of a thermoplastic polymer composition, a step of injecting a thermoplastic polymer composition into the mold, a step of mold closure to the final part thickness allowing the flow of the resin through the reinforcing fabric, a cooling step and a recovery step of the obtained composite article.

摘要: A method for producing components or profiles from at least one solidifiable plastic compound in an injection moulding facility, said method comprising stationary mould components and mould components which are movable with respect thereto. The method includes injection of solidifiable plastic compound into a channel formed in the movable mould components and, from there, via connections either in portions into one or more mould cavities. The channel is enclosed by at least one stationary, temperature-controlled mould component. A continuous channel compound strand is formed with attachment compound strands, which is transported away from the injection point with increasing cooling and solidification and increasing length, together with the filled mould cavities and mould cavity portions. The channel compound strand, together with the connection mass strands, after its solidification and after opening the mould cavity or the mould cavities is separated from the component(s), and the component or the components is/are ejected.

摘要: A mold insert has at least one filament cavity and a stack of at least a first and second insert plates, wherein the first plate has a front face that closely abuts a front face of the second insert plate. A portion of the a filament cavity is provided in at least one of the front faces of the first and second insert plates such that the filament cavity is open at a top surface of the mold insert but does not extend to a bottom surface of the mold insert. A venting cavity is provided in the same front face of the insert plate in which the portion of the at least one filament cavity is provided. The venting cavity, which is in air-conducting connection with the blind-hole end of the filament cavity, has a depth between 1 μm and 20 μm. A method of manufacturing the mold insert includes providing first and second insert plates, forming a portion of a filament cavity into at least one of the front faces of the insert plates, forming a venting cavity into the front face with the filament cavity, and bringing the front faces of the plates into close abutment to form a filament cavity.

摘要: A method is provided for configuring fluid in a programable fluid array which includes applying a sequence of magnetic fields to a movable fluidic network component; which includes a magnetic object to produce a force on the component. In one arrangement the fluid array includes a plurality of pre-formed channels and at least one property of at least one of said pre-formed channels is changed by the movable fluidic network component in another arrangement the fluid array comprises an injection molding system where the programmable fluid array is used to improve the speed and accuracy of the injection molding process and/or to additionally modify the shape and form of a molded object. In this arrangement the fluidic network component follows a path through the mold cavity determined at least in part by a sequence of magnetic fields and exerts a force on molding material therein.
