摘要: Provided is a mold core structure, which is arranged on a mold. The mold core structure includes a mold core body, which is a solid body made of three-dimensional printing, wherein one side of the mold core body is provided with a molding part, which is combined with an internal structure of the mold to form a cavity, there is a conformal air duct inside the mold core body, the conformal air duct has at least one main air duct and a plurality of secondary air ducts, the main air duct has a first end and a second end, the first end is located on one side of the mold core body, and connected to an external pneumatic control device, the pneumatic control device controls air to enter or exit the cavity through the conformal air duct, the second end thereof is located inside the mold core body, a path of the main air duct is freely wound around the molding part between the first end and the second end, one end of each of the secondary air ducts is communicated with the main air duct, and another end thereof is communicated with the molding part and disposed towards an ejection direction of a finished product. Accordingly, the finished product is released from the mold by controlling the air through the pneumatic control device.

摘要: The present disclosure is a high-speed molding device. According to the present invention, a product 14 may be manufactured by filling resin in a cavity 12 formed by a first mold 10 and a second mold. A gas generated during the filling of the cavity 12 with the resin may be discharged through a vent unit 20. The vent unit 20 has a first flow path 23 and a second flow path 33 to discharge the gas, while the resin is allowed to flow up to only the first flow path 23.

摘要: Provided is an improved mold structure, including a first mold base, a second mold base and two controllers. The first mold base and the second mold base are operably aligned. When the first mold base and the second mold base are in an aligned state, a mold cavity is jointly framed. Two gas passages, a first mold core and a second mold core are provided. The first mold base is provided with a runner. Two ends thereof are respectively connected to a material tube and a mold cavity of a molding machine. The first and second mold cores are made of porous material. Vent pipelines thereof are connected to the respective gas passages. The two controllers are respectively connected to the gas passages, and control the gas in and out such that the pressure in different areas in the mold cavity reaches a predetermined value, thereby controlling the flow direction of the raw material in the mold cavity.

摘要: A microneedle chip and manufacturing method. The method comprises injecting, into a female mold, a fluid needle liquid, wherein forming cavities matching the shapes of needles of a microneedle chip are provided at the female mold and form a cavity array, injection inlets are provided at a surface of one side of the female mold, and air ejection openings are provided at a surface of another side of the female mold to form an air ejection surface; covering the air ejection surface of the female mold using a breathable film, and during injection, passing a gas through the breathable film so as to retain the liquid inside the forming cavities; curing the fluid needle liquid to form the microneedle chip, and demolding to obtain the same. By employing the air ejection openings and the breathable film, a liquid is retained while ejecting a gas, providing a favorable micro-injection effect.
