摘要: A submodule for conversion of DC power capable of a plurality thereof being connected in series and used for DC-DC conversion in accordance with the present invention comprises: a power switching element for switching DC power supply to convert a source of DC including voltage transformation; a DC capacitor for storing DC power opened or closed by the power switching element; a power supply unit for supplying power required to drive the submodule from the DC capacitor; a submodule controller for controlling whole operation of the submodule; memory for storing data required for operating the submodule controller; and a communicating unit for performing data communication with an external device; wherein the submodule controller may perform a program update during a start sequence of the submodule or during a stop sequence thereof, while DC-DC conversion is operated.

摘要: A noise reduction device for a transformer is proposed. In this device, a blocking means or a connection support means is installed in a winding installed in an inner space of an enclosure in order to remove vibration and noise generated in the enclosure of the transformer. In a low voltage winding and a high voltage winding constituting the winding, when a current is applied, a magnetic flux flow is generated, thereby generating electromagnetic force. The electromagnetic force is transmitted to surfaces of the enclosure through insulating oil or the like inside the enclosure, causing vibration and noise. In order to cancel and eliminate the electromagnetic force, the blocking means or the connection support means is used. According to the disclosure, the electromagnetic force is canceled, thereby reducing the noise and vibration.

摘要: The present invention relates to a first-cycle charging device and method of a modular multi-level converter, in which, in order to prevent the overcharging of a capacitor in a submodule in a HVDC system, charging and discharging of the capacitor in the submodule are independently carried out, and charging of the submodule in the HVDC system is enabled to be gradually carried out so as to prevent sudden flow of an instantaneous current. The first-cycle charging device of the modular multi-level converter of the present invention comprises: a submodule provided with a capacitor so as to carry out alternating current power charging and discharging; and a submodule control unit for controlling the charging, discharging, and bypassing of the submodule.

摘要: A control device for an MMC is disclosed. The control device for an MMC including a plurality of converter arms that include a plurality of sub-modules connected in series and that are connected to a DC link includes: an arm controller, which detects the arm current of a converter arm so as to determine whether a DC failure has occurred, and, if it is determined that the DC failure has occurred, transmits a bypass control signal for protecting a sub-module and notifies of the DC failure; a sub-module controller for controlling the sub-module so as to bypass a DC failure current according to the bypass control signal received from the arm controller; and a main controller, which detects, in real-time, the arm current of the converter arm and a voltage (DC link voltage) of the DC link, determines whether the DC failure is a temporary DC failure or a permanent DC failure on the basis of the detected arm current and DC link voltage if the occurrence of the DC failure is notified by the arm controller, and transmits, to the arm controller, a normal operation control signal for normal operation of the sub-module or a bypass control signal for bypassing of the DC failure current.

摘要: Proposed is an air gap adjustment apparatus. The apparatus is for enabling an air gap between the inner surface of a stator and the outer surface of a rotor, which are installed in an inner space of a housing, to be uniform overall. A plurality of fastening holes are formed so as to surround a shaft through hole of an end plate constituting the housing. A fastener, which has passed through a bearing housing of a bearing, is fastened to each fastening hole so as to mount the bearing to the end plate. An adjusting member body of an adjusting member, which has passed through the bearing housing, is positioned in an adjusting member seating part which is formed at the entrance of each fastening hole. The adjusting member rotates about the adjusting member body so that a head part may adjust the position of the bearing.

摘要: A pipe support device for a transformer is proposed. A brace having a grid shape and serving as a reinforcing member is provided on the surface of an outer housing constituting the exterior of the transformer. Supports are installed at predetermined intervals on the brace to be orthogonal thereto. A support base is positioned on each of the supports, and a pipe holder is coupled to the support base to support a pipe. An elastic supporting pad is positioned between the support base and the pipe and opposite flange portions of the pipe holder are seated on and coupled to the elastic supporting pad. An elastic close-contact pad is positioned between the pipe and an arched portion of the pipe holder and is brought into close contact with the pipe.

摘要: An apparatus for detecting internal defects in a transformer is provided. The apparatus detecting internal defects that arise in the interior by integrating an electrode for electrically detecting defects and a sensor for detecting internal gas into a single body and inserting same into the interior. The apparatus for detecting internal defects in a transformer according to the present invention comprises: a metal member of a set length; a plurality of electrodes, disposed around the metal member, for detecting electrical signals generated due to internal defects of the transformer; an insulating member formed so as to contain the metal member and plurality of electrodes; and a gas sensor, installed at the end of the metal member, for detecting gas inside the transformer.

摘要: A movable part of a circuit breaker for a gas-insulated switchgear is proposed. The movable part includes a puffer cylinder, a nozzle, a main contact, etc. An outer rib at the rear end of the nozzle is hooked to a hook rib at the front end of the hook part of the puffer cylinder. A chamber guide is provided inside the puffer cylinder so that the nozzle is immobilized. The main contact is mounted on the outer surface of the front end of the hook part. In the present invention, the number of components constituting the movable part of the circuit breaker is reduced, and the number of bolting points is reduced, thereby greatly reducing man-hours in an assembly work and preventing a main contact separation from occurring due to bolt loosening.
