摘要: The present application relates to the technology field of assessment of aging state of oil paper insulation of the large power transformer and quantitative diagnostic, specifically estimating parameters of the circuit through the initial slope of the recovery voltage. It includes an improved mathematical model for solving parameters of the dielectric response equivalent circuit by using the peak of the recovery voltage, the peak time and the initial slope characteristics; transforming the identification of parameters of the equivalent circuit into a mathematical optimization problem, and then solving the mathematical optimization problem using a particle swarm algorithm. The design of the present application can significantly reduce the sampling data of the recovery voltage, and the measured data in the field and the calculated data of different capacity RVM experiments on real transformers have good consistency, which is conducive to the diagnosis of state of oil paper insulation of the transformer.

摘要: A transformer assembly includes an electric transformer, a temperature sensor system, and a computation unit for determining a thermal state of the electric transformer. The electric transformer includes a cooling device having at least one liquid coolant channel to absorb exhaust heat from the electric transformer, a heat spreader for transferring heat from the liquid coolant to a heat dissipation surface of the heat spreader, and an air blower configured to effect an airstream along the heat dissipation surface. The temperature sensor system includes an entering coolant sensor for providing an entering coolant temperature signal, a leaving coolant sensor for providing a leaving coolant temperature signal, an entering airstream sensor providing an entering airstream temperature signal, and a leaving airstream sensor providing a leaving airstream temperature signal. The computation unit is configured to determine a thermal state of the transformer.

摘要: An example transformer includes a controller that determines the currents on a power grid side of the transformer, as well as an inverter/load side of the transformer. The transformer may be of a delta-wye configuration. The controller compares the currents on the delta side of the transformer to the currents on the wye side of the transformer to determine whether the currents on either side are imbalanced. If the currents on the delta side are balanced, while the currents on the wye side are imbalanced, then the controller may determine that an open phase condition exists on the wye side of the transformer. Alternatively, if the currents on the delta side are imbalanced or if the currents on the delta side are balanced and the currents on the wye side are also balanced, then the controller determines that no open phase condition exists.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for measuring hot-spot temperature of a transformer, wherein the measurement system comprises a processor, an oscilloscope and a plurality of ultrasonic sensors, wherein the ultrasonic sensors are oppositely arranged on an outer wall of a transformer oil tank and electrically connected with the oscilloscope, and the oscilloscope is electrically connected with the processor; the ultrasonic sensors receive signals transmitted by the oppositely arranged ultrasonic sensors and transmit them to the oscilloscope. The method, by applying an ultrasonic wave to measure the hot-spot temperature of a transformer in real time, solves the problems that methods in the prior art are susceptible to the external environment, have short service life and cannot correctly measure the internal temperature of the transformer.

摘要: A monitoring system for a power grid includes one or more power transformer monitors. Each power transformer monitor includes a plurality of optical sensors disposed on one or more optical fibers that sense parameters of the power transformer. Each optical sensor is configured to sense a power transformer parameter that is different from a power transformer parameter sensed by at least one other sensor of the plurality of optical sensors. An optical coupler spatially disperses optical signals from the optical sensors according to wavelength. A detector unit converts optical signals of the optical sensors to electrical signals representative of the sensed power transformer parameters.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a system for perceiving an operating state of a large power transformer based on vibro-acoustic integration, including a perception layer, a network layer, and a diagnostic layer, where the perception layer is used for monitoring, in real time, a state parameter for a coupling vibration signal and an acoustic signal of each of a transformer core, a winding, a clamp and a housing, a state parameter of each of a vibration signal and an acoustic signal during a gear position change of an on-load tap changer (OLTC), and preliminarily diagnosing and analyzing monitored data. The system can monitor the operating state of the OLTC online for a long time, flexibly configure the sensor channel and the sensor type according to different application requirements, automatically acquire and identify the gear position change, and correctly identify and process a gear position corresponding to the monitoring signal.

摘要: A model of a power transformer describes a transfer behavior for input data into output data as a function of model parameters. In successive time windows, measurement dataset is received from first and second sensors of the power transformer. The model parameters are optimized by executing, for each of the time windows, the following group of steps a) to c), repeatedly: a) determining the output of the model using the input data defined by first sensor data, for the first execution of predefined parameters are used; b) determining a target value, which includes at least one squared error, weighted by a first weighting factor, the squared error is between the second sensor data from the measurement dataset assigned to the given time window and a previously determined output data, and c) determining optimization parameters as new model parameters based on the target value.
