    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area disposed outside of the display area. The display area includes a plurality of pixels. The display device further includes an inorganic insulating layer disposed in the display area. The inorganic insulating layer includes a groove disposed in a region between the plurality of pixels. The display device further includes an organic material layer filling the groove, a first connection wiring, and a second connection wiring. The first connection wiring is disposed on the organic material layer, overlaps the plurality of pixels, and extends in a second direction. The second connection wiring is insulated from the first connection wiring, and extends in a first direction that crosses the second direction.

    Abstract: An image sensor including a row driver configured to provide, at a first time, a control signal to first pixels in a first group having n consecutive odd horizontal lines, provide, at a second time, the control signal to pixels in a second group having n consecutive even horizontal lines, and provide, at a third time, the control signal to pixels in a third group having n consecutive odd horizontal lines, and having a first horizontal line next to a last horizontal line of the first group, wherein each of the n horizontal lines of the first group is separated by an at least three-row interval from a corresponding one of the n horizontal lines of the second group, and a time interval between the first time point and the second time point is equal to a time interval between the second time point and the third time point.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel, a gate driver, a data driver and an emission driver. The display panel includes a pixel. The gate driver is configured to output a gate signal to the pixel. The data driver is configured to output a data voltage to the pixel. The emission driver is configured to output an emission signal to the pixel. The pixel includes a light emitting element, a driving switching element configured to apply a driving current to the light emitting element and a bias switching element configured to apply a bias voltage to the driving switching element. The display apparatus increases a level of the bias voltage when a duration of a light emission time of the pixel is increased.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device which includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a voltage generator providing a driving voltage to the plurality of pixels, and a driving controller. The driving controller includes an overcurrent protecting circuit. The overcurrent protecting circuit includes a first logic circuit comparing a limit current with a sensing current to generate a first comparison result, a second logic circuit comparing a load with a limit load to generate a second comparison result and comparing the driving voltage with a limit voltage to generate a third comparison result. When the first comparison result indicates the sensing current is greater than or equal to the limit current, the second comparison result indicates the load is greater than the limit load and the third comparison result indicates the driving voltage is greater than the limit voltage, a driving voltage controller maintains the driving voltage.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a first sacrificial and first active layer on a substrate; forming a first mask pattern on a portion of the substrate; etching the first sacrificial and first active layer partially using the first mask pattern to expose a portion of a top surface of the substrate; forming a semiconductor layer on the exposed top surface of the substrate; forming sacrificial layers and active layers on the first active and semiconductor layer, the active layers including an uppermost second active layer; forming a second mask pattern on a portion of the second active layer; forming a trench using the second mask pattern, the trench defining a first and second active pattern; and removing the sacrificial layers to form a first and second channel patterns on the first and second active patterns, respectively, wherein the first active pattern includes the semiconductor layer.
