Abstract: A transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus are provided. The transmitting apparatus includes an encoder configured to generate a low density parity check (LDPC) codeword by performing LDPC encoding, an interleaver configured to interleave the LDPC codeword, and a modulator configured to modulate the interleaved LDPC codeword according to a modulation method to generate a modulation symbol. The interleaver performs interleaving by dividing the LDPC codeword into a plurality of groups, rearranging an order of the plurality of groups in group units, and dividing the plurality of rearranged groups based on a modulation order according to the modulation method.

Abstract: A data packet for delivery to a user equipment can be inspected. Based on the inspecting, whether to use a robust downlink delivery can be determined. Based on the determining, a robust modulation coding scheme (MCS) for the data packet can be selected. The data packet can be transmitted utilizing the selected robust MCS. At least one of the inspecting, the determining, the selecting, and the transmitting is performed using at least one processor of at least one computing system. Abstract: Techniques are provided for retransmission of Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUCCH) for Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications (URLLC). A User Equipment (UE) transmits at least one code block of a control channel, the at least one code block including Channel State Information (CSI), wherein each code block is polar encoded by assigning bit indices of the code block to bit channels in a particular order of reliabilities of the bit channels. The UE detects a trigger, and in response, retransmits at least a portion of each code block including retransmitted CSI, wherein the portion is polar encoded by assigning bit indices of the retransmitted CSI to the bit channels in the reverse order of reliabilities of the bit channels as compared to the polar encoding of the CSI.

Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring a plurality of components of a pump in an industrial environment include a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values, each of the plurality of detection values corresponding to at least one of a plurality of input sensors operationally coupled to the pump and communicatively coupled to the data acquisition circuit; a data processing circuit structured to utilize at least one of the plurality of detection values to perform at least one noise processing operation on at least a portion of the plurality of detection values; a signal evaluation circuit structured to determine a pump performance parameter in response to the noise processed plurality portion of the plurality of detection values; and a response circuit structured to perform at least one operation in response to the pump performance parameter.

The plurality of CRC bits may be distributed among the plurality of control signaling bits prior to applying the channel coding scheme. The device may transmit the channel coded plurality of control signaling bits and CRC bits.

Abstract: Systems and methods for data collection in an industrial environment are disclosed. A system can include a plurality of analog sensors, wherein each of the plurality of analog sensors is operationally coupled to a respective data collection point of a machine component, and generates a respective stream of detection values. A data acquisition and analysis circuit can receive the respective stream of detection values and analyze the respective stream of detection values using an expert system analysis circuit, wherein the expert system analysis circuit determines an occurrence of an anomalous condition based on an analysis of the respective stream of detection values, wherein the expert system analysis circuit utilizes a neural network including one of a probabilistic, a time delay, and a convolutional neural network.
