    摘要: Helical screw rotors for a screw rotor machine wherein, for both the male and female rotor, the rotor profile includes involute curves for the male and female rotor lobe tip portion and rotor root portion, thereby generating mating involute curved surfaces of the corresponding groove, root and tip portion for the female rotor, resulting in low leakage path between the high and low pressure volumes when the rotors are in mesh, and causing ramps on the lobe tips of both the male and female rotors to form high points thereof which act as sealing strips during intermesh rotation of the rotors and in conjunction with the screw rotor machine casing. The screw rotor machines are provided with capacity control variance for same drive rotor rpm by maintaining one rotor outside diameter, root diameter, and length to diameter ratio and basic lobe proportions the same, and with the same number of lobes while for the other rotor, the outside diameter, the root and pitch diameters, and the number of lobes are varied, while maintaining basic lobe proportions the same, with significant change in machine expansion or compression capacity for a compressible working fluid captured between the intermeshed helical screw rotors.

    摘要: Disclosed is a tapping control system capable of performing tapping work with high accuracy and reliability in a manner such that rotation of a tap by means of a digital spindle motor (1) is synchronized with axial drive of the tap by means of a servomotor (2).A digital control circuit (5), used to drive the spindle motor, is supplied with a speed command from position control means (4). The speed command is based on a distributed pulse from an interpolating circuit (3a) for linear interpolation in accordance with the pitch value of a screw to be worked, and a feedback signal indicative of the rotational position of the spindle motor. Also, a servo-circuit (12) for the servomotor is supplied with a distributed pulse from the interpolating circuit. Thus, the two motors are driven synchronously.According to an aspect of the present invention, the tapping work is performed in a fixed cycle such that forward and reverse rotations of the two motors are repeated to reciprocate the tap.According to another aspect, switching means (7) is used to intermittently deliver the distributed pulses and the feedback signal, for selective tapping operation.

    摘要: An improvement in a numerical control apparatus for controlling a threading operation with a tap. A numerical control apparatus of the present invention which is simple in construction and needs no dummy mechanism such as a floating tapper; and which minimizes the drift of the tap in the bottom of a tapped hole by an instruction to a feed shaft which switches an acceleration or deceleration time constant, and a simultaneous instruction to a spindle device which controls the position of the spindle device. Thus, the machining precision of the bottom of the tapped hole is improved, and a high-speed tapping operation is possible. Furthermore, the numerical control device also is capable of preventing the tap and the threaded portion machined by the tap from being damaged upon an occurrence of an abnormal condition by an instruction from the removing control unit.

    摘要: In a method for numerical position control of motordriven shafts whose rotations are to be synchronous with one another under a certain transmission ratio a control loop is provided for each shaft. A speed setpoint, weighted with the corresponding transmission ratio, is applied as a position setpoint per unit of time simultaneously to the control loops of the respective shafts. If the actual speeds of the shafts differ from one another due to a disturbance within the controlled system, the difference between these actual speeds is used to readjust the speed and the position within the speed controlled section of one of the control loops. Overshoot of the position of a shaft, which might be caused by direct adding of the position setpoint onto the speed control loop is avoided by the fact that a control element produces a delay having the time response corresponding to a delay introduced by the respective control section for speed and adds this delay to the position setpoint prior to integration (14 to 17, 24 to 27).

    摘要: A workpiece gear to be finished is held in mesh with a gear finishing tool with substantially no backlash therebetween. The gear finishing tool is then driven in mesh with the workpiece gear, and the workpiece gear is rotated in synchronism with the driven movement of the gear finishing tool. Simultaneously, the gear finishing tool and the workpiece gear are moved reciprocally with respect to each other in the direction of a tooth trace for finishing gear surfaces of the workpiece gear. With this gear finishing method, gears can be finished highly accurately with no profile error and at an increased rate. An apparatus for carrying out the gear finishing method is of a simple construction.
