    Abstract: The present invention provides an entry sheet for drilling excellent in hole position accuracy compared with the conventional entry sheet for drilling. Such an entry sheet for drilling is an entry sheet for drilling comprising metallic support foil and a layer comprising a resin composition formed on at least one surface of the metallic support foil, in which the resin composition contains a resin and 70 parts by mass to 130 parts by mass of molybdenum disulfide based on 100 parts by mass of the resin, and the layer comprising the resin composition has a thickness in a range from 0.02 to 0.3 mm.

    Abstract: A drilling tool for producing drill holes includes a tip and a shaft arranged opposite the tip in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the drilling tool. The drilling tool has at least one geometrically defined cutting edge in the tip area, and has an expanded diameter trailing the tip in a longitudinal direction from the tip. The drilling tool has a first area with a first diameter that precedes the expanded diameter, and a second area with a second diameter, larger than the first diameter, that trails the expanded diameter. The drilling tool is distinguished in that the expanded diameter and/or the second area is/are embodied such that chips are produced in the area of the expanded diameter and/or in the second area when a workpiece is machined, chips consistent with those produced when a workpiece is machined with a geometrically undefined cutting edge.

    Abstract: A processing method of channels in a control valve includes steps of (1) preparing materials, which provides a valve base having a connecting portion protrudingly formed at outer periphery of a first pressure chamber, and an enlarging portion expandingly formed downward from the connecting portion; and (2) manufacturing channels, wherein a vertical channel is formed from upper portion of the connecting portion of the valve base to the enlarging portion, and a horizontal channel is formed from periphery of the first pressure chamber slantedly toward the enlarging portion. The valve base can be adjusted by adjusting a disposing angle, so that a drill head can drill slantedly from periphery of the first pressure chamber toward the enlarging portion without being interfered by an opening of the valve base, to achieve the goal of connecting the vertical channel without drilling through valve body of the valve base to assure completeness thereof.

    Abstract: An apparatus for shaping perforations of sheet material which comprises a first mold structure at one side of the sheet material and a complementary mold structure at the other side of the sheet material to cooperate with the first mold structure wherein the structures are arranged to be reciprocated and are capable of meeting approximately half way through the sheet material whereby to shape the perforations between them.
