摘要： To provide a vehicle seat which makes the load from the airbag more likely to be concentrated on a weakened part of a skin member, a vehicle seat provided with a seat cushion constituting a seating surface and a seat back constituting a backrest including a seat back frame forming a structural member of the seat back; an airbag module supported on a side portion of the seat back frame on a vehicle outer side; a pad member covering the airbag module; and a skin member covering a surface of the pad member, wherein the skin member is provided with a weakened part vertically extending on an edge part of the seat back on a vehicle outer side and a first low-elasticity reinforcement part extending from a vicinity of the weakened part in a direction intersecting with the weakened part.

The housing lateral wall has an opening section via which the airbag is unfolded when the driver airbag module is activated, and the housing front wall is inclined relative to the housing rear wall.

摘要： The present invention relates to the technical field of automobile logos, and provides a luminous logo and a manufacturing method therefor. The luminous logo comprises: a logo body, which is provided with a plurality of protruding portions; a plurality of optical fibre bundles arranged to form an optical fibre structure matching the logo body in shape, the optical fibre structure being evenly overmoulded inside the logo body, and an end of each optical fibre bundle extending from one of the protruding portions; and a light-emitting light source detachable relative to the logo body, the extended ends of the plurality of optical fibre bundles being gathered and connected to the light-emitting light source. According to the present invention, optical fibres are embedded into a logo body, an end of each optical fibre extends from a respective protruding portion of the logo body and is connected to a detachable light source, thereby realizing luminescence of the logo and facilitating assembly of the logo.

摘要： An improved modularization of an airbag cushion covered with a cover member and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. A first press is performed on the first portion of the cover member in a state where the folded airbag cushion 30 is not covered with the cover member. The first portion has at least a portion that includes a position corresponding to an inflator within the folded airbag cushion. Next, the folded airbag cushion is covered with the cover member, and in the covered state, a second press is applied to at least a part of the second portion of the cover member excluding the first portion.

摘要： A vehicle comprising: an airbag device comprising a housing and an airbag, the airbag having a packed configuration and an expanded configuration, the airbag expanding through the aperture in the housing when moving from the packed configuration to the expanded configuration; a composite material panel positioned to cover the airbag device, the panel comprising a break line running over the panel, the break line being proximal to the aperture so that when the airbag moves to the expanded configuration the airbag forces the panel to tear along the break line; and a first protection flap, the first protection flap having an initial configuration where the first protection flap is located adjacent the airbag in the packed configuration and a deployed configuration where the first protection flap covers at least one edge of the panel that runs along one side of the break line when the panel has torn due to the airbag moving to the expanded configuration.
