Abstract: The invention disclosure a GOA circuit and a liquid crystal display. The GOA circuit including an electrical potential pull-down controlling circuit and a plurality of GOA sub circuits in cascade connection, the electrical potential pull-down controlling circuit comprising a first voltage limited transistor, a second filter transistor and a third transistor. The first voltage limited transistor, and the second filter transistor a reconnected in series and between the output terminal of the initial scanning signal, STV signal and the control terminal of the third transistor, the control terminal of the first voltage limited transistor and the first terminal of the third transistor is connected to the first power terminal and the second terminal of the third transistor is connected to the GOA sub circuit. By this design, the damage from the large static electricity to the GOA sub circuit can be avoided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a light valve device, comprising a driving substrate having a shading zone and a photic zone, a shading unit, and the shading unit comprises a first shading plate, two driving units, and second shading plates respectively connected to the two driving units, and the driving unit and the first shading plate are fixed in the shading zone adjacent to the driving substrate, and the first shading plate is between the two driving units, and the driving unit can drive the two second shading plates close to the first shading plate to make the second shading plate face the photic zone of the driving substrate for preventing light entering the driving substrate. By locating the light valve device under the sub pixel, the dynamic contrast can be raised to promote the display effect.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a manufacturing method for TFT array substrate, a TFT array substrate and a display device. The manufacturing method includes following steps: in sequence, forming a gate pattern layer, a gate insulating layer, a patterned poly-silicon layer, a separation layer on s substrate, and adopting a mask to form a source pattern layer and a drain pattern layer on the separation layer by photolithography processes. The source pattern layer and the drain pattern layer are connected to the patterned poly-silicon layer. The mask blocks one side of the channel area, and the same mask is adopted to form a lightly doped area on the other side of the channel area not blocked by the mask. The disclosure may reduce production costs and has great design flexibility.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a LTPS TFT and the manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: forming a semiconductor layer and a LTPS layer on the same surface on a base layer; forming an oxide layer is formed on one side of the semiconductor layer facing away the base layer, and forming the oxide layer on one side of the LTPS layer facing away the base layer; forming a first photoresist layer of a first predetermined thickness on the oxide layer; arranging a corresponding first cobalt layer on each of the photoresist layers, a vertical projection of the first cobalt layer overlaps with the vertical projection of the corresponding first photoresist layer; doping high-concentration doping ions into a first specific area of the semiconductor layer. With such configuration, the number of the masking process is decreased and the manufacturing time is reduced.

Abstract: The present invention proposes a driving circuit and a shift register. The driving circuit includes shift register circuits disposed in cascade. Each of shift register circuits includes a clock control transmittance circuit and a latch circuit. The clock control transmittance circuit is triggered by a first clock pulse. A driving pulse of a Q node at previous two stages is transmitted to the latch circuit and latched by the latch circuit. Further, the latch circuit is triggered by a second clock pulse, and then a gate driving pulse and a driving pulse of the Q node is output. So the present invention can be used in the CMOS process owing to the features of low consumption and wide noise margin.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an eye-protecting liquid crystal display device is disclosed, in which an ultraviolet light emitting material and a ultraviolet absorbent are added in a first planarization layer of an array substrate and a second planarization layer of a color filter substrate. The ultraviolet absorbent absorbs short-wavelength blue light having a wavelength less than 400 nm and ultraviolet light emitting from a backlight module. The short-wavelength blue light and the ultraviolet light so absorbed excite the ultraviolet light emitting material to give off long-wavelength visible blue light having a wavelength greater than 400 nm. The first and second planarization layers are thus useful in converting ultraviolet light and short-wavelength blue light having a wavelength less than 400 nm, which could damage human eyes, into long-wavelength visible blue light having a wavelength greater than 400 nm that does not damage human eyes.

Abstract: The present invention proposes a touch panel display device and an array substrate. A touch panel display device includes a touch detecting circuit, touch detecting electrodes, and transmission paths. One terminal of each of the transmission paths is connected to one of the touch detecting electrodes, and the other terminal of each of the transmission paths is connected to the touch detecting circuit, for transmitting a touch signal of the touch detecting electrode to the touch detecting circuit. A difference of variation for each touch signal of the touch detecting electrodes is smaller than a first predetermined value after being transmitted through each of the transmission paths. The first predetermined value is a threshold by which false identification occurs among the touch signals from the touch detecting electrodes. The present invention improves sensitivity of touch.

Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of pixel cells. Each of the pixel cells comprises a display area and a viewing angle controlling area. The viewing angle controlling area includes a plurality of first electrode pairs spaced apart from each other, and each of the first electrode pairs includes a first pixel electrode1 and a first common electrode. In a wide viewing angle mode, no electrical field is generated by the first electrode pair of the viewing angle controlling area. In a narrow viewing angle mode, a vertical electrical field is generated between the first pixel electrode and the first common electrode of each of the first electrode pairs within the viewing angle controlling area. In this way, the liquid crystal panel may transit between the wide viewing angle mode and the narrow viewing angle mode.
