摘要: Aspects of the invention provide methods and systems for moving moveable stages relative to a stator. A stator is operationally divided into multiple stator tiles. The movement of the one or more moveable stages is controlled by a plurality of controllers (each assigned particular control responsibilities). A controller is provided for each stator sector, where each stator sector comprises a group of one or more stator tiles. Controllers from neighboring sectors share various information to facilitate controllable movement of one or more moveable stages relative to the stator.

摘要: A protection arrangement of an electric machine which includes a plurality of solid elements layered one after another between a terminal box and a stator of the electric machine. Each of the solid elements includes a cable hole, and the cable holes are arranged to at least partially overlap with each other in order to have a cable channel of the successive cable holes through the solid elements. At least a part of the solid elements are adjustable in a radial direction of the cable channel for making a diameter of the cable channel equal to or smaller than a diameter of the electric cable input in the cable channel in response to adjustment in the radial direction. The protection arrangement comprises a locking mechanism which immobilizes the at least part of solid elements.

摘要: A sensor integrated circuit includes a rectifier, a power supply module, an output control circuit and a detecting circuit. The rectifier is configured to convert an external power supply into a first direct current power supply. The power supply module includes a voltage regulator configured to generate a second direct current power supply different from the first direct current power supply. The detecting circuit is powered by the second direct current power supply and configured to detect an inputted signal and correspondingly generate a control signal. The output control circuit is configured to control, in response to at least the control signal, the sensor integrated circuit to operate in at least one of a first state in which a current flows out from an output port and a second state in which a current flows in from the output port.

摘要: A permanent-magnet synchronous machine comprises a rotor and a stator for holding at least one first stator winding and a second stator winding which is electrically insulated from said first stator winding. The second stator winding has a smaller conductor cross section and a larger number of turns than the first stator winding, wherein a first operating voltage is provided for motor operation of the first stator winding and a second operating voltage is provided for motor operation of the second stator winding. The second operating voltage has a higher rated voltage than a rated voltage of the first operating voltage.

摘要: A magnet embedded core is manufactured in a stable manner by preventing an excessive pressurizing force from being applied to the laminated iron core and performing the clamping with an appropriate pressurizing force so that the leakage of the resin out of the magnet insertion holes can be minimized, and the reduction in the geometric and dimensional precision of the laminated iron core may be suppressed. An electric die clamping device is used, such that a laminated iron core is placed on one of a fixed die and a moveable die and upon clamping by the die clamping device, the other of the fixed die and the moveable die is caused to abut onto an end surface of the laminated iron core to close openings of magnet insertion holes and pressurize the laminated iron core in a laminating direction.
