摘要: Motor control device controls motor that moves load to a target position. Motor control device includes prediction part, correction command generator, corrector, and controller. Prediction part acquires one or more target position deviations and a target settling time, and calculates a predicted target position deviation indicating a difference between a position of load and the target position at the target settling time based on the one or more target position deviations and the target settling time. When the predicted target position deviation indicates that load does not reach within a predetermined range from the target position, correction command generator generates a correction command for correcting a position command based on the predicted target position deviation. Corrector acquires the position command, corrects the position command based on the correction command, and generates a corrected position command Controller controls motor based on the corrected position command and a position of motor.

摘要: A method for controlling a direct drive system, including: S1: outputting, by the actuator, a current to the winding of the stator corresponding to the actuator to cause the windings to drive the mover corresponding to the windings to move in a single direction along the guide rail; S2: sensing a position of the second position feedback means through the first position feedback means, and acquiring position information of the mover relative to the stator; and S3: changing a drive mode of the actuator according to the position information, so that the actuator adjusts, according to the drive mode, magnitude of the current outputted to the windings of the stator corresponding to the actuator. The above solution can reduce a number of power modules used in the direct drive system, so as to reduce overall manufacturing and use costs of the direct drive system.

摘要: A linear resonant device and a braking method for the same. The linear resonant device comprises a linear resonant motor and a drive chip. The drive chip pre-stores a drive waveform and at least one first braking waveform therein. The method comprises: determining, in response to a braking instruction, whether vibration of the linear resonant motor meets a first condition while being driven by the drive waveform; and if so, controlling the drive chip to drive, by using the first braking waveform, the linear resonant motor and to conduct a first braking process for the linear resonant motor, wherein the first braking waveform comprises at least two pulse waveforms, and an amplitude value of each of the at least two pulse waveforms gradually decreases along a propagation direction of the first braking waveform.

摘要: A motor controller is provided that executes a commutation routine in one of a plurality of operating modes to regulate current provided to drive coils in a linear motion system. The motor controller generated currents for each of the drive coils in a first operating mode to minimize the copper losses in the drive coils, in a second operating mode to maximize the force applied to the mover, in a third operating mode to provide balanced currents between the drive coils, and in a fourth operating mode to provide currents according to a selected operating point that combines characteristics of the first three operating points. The motor controller may also monitor each of the drive coils for saturation and redistribute at least a portion of the current required to control operation of the mover to the other drive coils when one of the drive coils is saturated.

The DSP controls the resonant frequency or the gain value of the signal generator according to the estimated voltage signal and the sensing current signal.
