摘要: A method for operating an electric motor, in particular of a piston pump. The electric motor has a rotor shaft and is actuated with a target rotational speed and a target rotational direction for the rotor shaft as a function of a power demand, wherein an actual rotational speed of the rotor shaft is monitored. In the method, the target rotational direction is changed for a specified period of time if the actual rotational speed is equal to zero and the target rotational speed is unequal to zero, and the electric motor is then actuated again at the target rotational speed and in the target rotational direction.

摘要: A motor includes a stator with a first stator, a second stator, and a third stator, each including at least one stator coil, and a rotor including a magnetic element, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a shaft, the stators generating a superimposed magnetic field together causing the magnetic element to rotate. When the magnetic element rotates in the first plane, the outer ring of the first bearing rotates. The center of the first bearing is located in a plane where the second bearing is located, and when the magnetic element rotates in the second plane, the inner ring of the second bearing rotates. A central axis of the shaft passes through the center of the first bearing; wherein the shaft is rotatably fixed to the first bearing and connected to the second bearing.

摘要: A motor, a driving circuit thereof and a driving method thereof are provided. The motor driving method includes: during a motor starting stage, when a detected rotor magnetic field is a first polarity and a polarity of an AC power source is positive, or the detected rotor magnetic field is a second polarity and the polarity of the AC power source is negative after a zero voltage crossing point of the AC power source, instantly sending a trigger pulse to a controllable bidirectional AC switch connected in series with a motor winding at both ends of the AC power source; during a motor operating stage, after the zero voltage crossing point of the AC power source, sending a trigger pulse to the controllable bidirectional AC switch after a delay time after the zero voltage crossing point. This method can provide a large torque during the motor starting stage.

摘要: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control circuit of a motor drive device activates a first timer according to the rotational position of a motor, controls, on the basis of the time counted by the first timer, the on-timing of positive-side switching elements that constitute an inverter circuit, and energizes the motor. The control circuit also activates a second timer according to the on-timing, controls the off-timing of the positive-side switching elements, on the basis of the time counted by the second timer, sets negative-side switching elements of two opposing arms to be in an on-state to cause a reflux current to flow, and then changes an energization direction to the motor. When the rotational position is set to a position for activating the first timer before the on-timing, turning on of the positive-side switching elements and activation of the second timer, which are scheduled to be performed at the on-timing, are carried out.

摘要: A sensor integrated circuit includes a rectifier, a power supply module, an output control circuit and a detecting circuit. The rectifier is configured to convert an external power supply into a first direct current power supply. The power supply module includes a voltage regulator configured to generate a second direct current power supply different from the first direct current power supply. The detecting circuit is powered by the second direct current power supply and configured to detect an inputted signal and correspondingly generate a control signal. The output control circuit is configured to control, in response to at least the control signal, the sensor integrated circuit to operate in at least one of a first state in which a current flows out from an output port and a second state in which a current flows in from the output port.
