    Abstract: A pump housing of a hydraulic assembly of a vehicle brake system has at least one wheel brake cylinder connection for connecting a wheel brake cylinder to the pump housing, and an outlet valve receiving member associated with the individual wheel brake cylinder connection to receive an outlet valve, which is provided for letting brake fluid out of the wheel brake cylinder into the pump housing. The outlet valve has a valve inlet that can be closed by a closing element with an associated closing force. The outlet valve receiving member has an inlet for letting brake fluid from the wheel brake cylinder into the outlet valve. The inlet is adapted for guiding the brake fluid in a flow direction opposite the closing force when letting the brake fluid into the outlet valve, when the outlet valve is received in the outlet valve receiving member.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic pressure supply device and an electronic brake system including the same. The hydraulic pressure supply device comprises: a hydraulic block having therein a flow path through which oil supplied from a reservoir flows; a motor unit that generates rotational driving force by an electrical signal; a piston unit coupled to the hydraulic block and moving forward and backward by the rotational driving force; a pump housing unit which is coupled to the hydraulic block to be opposite to the piston unit and in which oil introduced from the hydraulic block is stored so that the piston unit moving forward and backward forms hydraulic pressure; and a motor position sensor unit that senses rotation of the motor unit, one side and the other side of the motor position sensor unit being respectively coupled to the pump housing unit and the piston unit.

    Abstract: When a leak occurs in one service circuit of a multi-circuit braking system, the leak can prevent replenishing the non-leaking service reservoir. To address this problem, a shared backup reservoir can be used to replenish the non-leaking service reservoir. A valve can be used to allow flow from the backup reservoir to whichever service reservoir is under higher pressure, as low pressure would indicate a leak. Additional valve(s) can be used to impede flow from the service reservoirs to the backup reservoir to prevent the service reservoirs from being drained if the backup reservoir is subject to a leak.

    Abstract: A system for recharging a railcar air-brake system for a road-rail vehicle, including a rail-capable material handler, adapted or modified for transporting an at least one railcar that permits an air compression system to provide a near-constant low-volume airflow to recharge the respective air-brake systems without requiring the road-rail vehicle to be driven. The system can be adapted for recharging railcar air-brake systems for a road-rail vehicle adapted for transporting at least two railcars that does not significantly diminish the utility of the road-rail vehicle.
