    摘要: An apparatus for conducting pretreatment such as primer coating an adhesive coating surface of a window glass using a robot includes a degreasing device for removing dust and oil adhering to the adhesive coating surface and coating the adhesive coating surface with a degreasing solution; a primer coating device for coating the adhesive coating surface with primer, after that surface has been degreased by the degreasing device; and a primer inspection and determination device for inspecting the primer coated condition provided by the primer coating device to determine whether the coated condition is good or bad. The degreasing device includes a felt member for removing dust and oil adhering to the adhesive coating surface and coating the adhesive coating surface with the degreasing solution; a felt maintaining mechanism for maintaining the felt member; and a felt regenerating device for regenerating the felt member maintained by the felt maintaining mechanisms.

    摘要: A method and control system for treating a hafnium-based dielectric processing system in which a system component of the processing system is exposed to a chlorine-containing gas. A residual hafnium by-product remaining in the processing system after a hafnium removal process is reacted with a chlorine-containing etchant derived from the chlorine-containing gas. A chlorinated hafnium product is volatilized for exhaustion from the processing system. The control system can utilize a computer readable medium to introduce a chlorine-containing gas to the processing system, to adjust at least one of a temperature and a pressure in the processing system to produce from the chlorine-containing gas a chlorine-containing etchant for dissolution of a residual hafnium by-product remaining in the processing system after a hafnium silicate, hafnium oxide, or hafnium oxynitride removal process, and to exhaust a chlorinated hafnium product from the processing system.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method forming conductive templates that includes providing a substrate; forming a mesa on the substrate; and forming a plurality of recessions and projections on the mesa with a nadir of the recessions comprising electrically conductive material and the projections comprising electrically insulative material. It is desired that the mesa be substantially transparent to a predetermined wavelength of radiation, for example ultraviolet radiation. As a result, it is desired to form the electrically conductive material from a material that allows ultraviolet radiation to propagate therethrough. In the present invention indium tin oxide is a suitable material from which to form the electrical conductive material.
