摘要: Coated articles are described herein that include a surface-modifying layer that is fluorine-free. In aspects, the surface-modifying layer comprises a partial silica-like network having a ratio of Si—O—Si bonds to Si atoms in the anti-fingerprint coating from about 2 to about 3. Additionally or alternatively, the surface-modifying layer further comprises an alkyl silane at the exterior surface and bonded to a Si—O group in the silica-like network. Methods include evaporating a functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane onto a first major surface. Methods include impinging an ion beam on the first major surface. Alternatively, methods include disposing and heating a solution comprising a polysilazane or a polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane on a first major surface. In aspects, methods include reacting material at the first major surface with a alkyl silane.

The greenhouses are made with a specific coated glass allowing a very high hemispherical transmittance, a very high PAR transmittance and a tunable hortiscatter, when requested. The glazing contains a selectively high NIR reflectance and a high emissivity of glass, to allow the heat to leave the greenhouse to avoid a high temperature increase in the greenhouse. The glass can perform longer due to its durability.

摘要: Provided is an optical film (a composite tungsten oxide film containing cesium, tungsten, and oxygen), a sputtering target, and a method of producing a film by which film formation conditions can be easily obtained. An optical film of the present invention has transmissivity in a visible wavelength band, has absorbance in a near-infrared wavelength band, and has radio wave transparency, and is characterized in that the optical film comprises cesium, tungsten, and oxygen, in which a refractive index n and an extinction coefficient k of the optical film at each of 300 nm and wavelengths [400 nm, 600 nm, . . . , 2400 nm] specified at 200 nm intervals in a wavelength region from 400 nm to 2400 nm are set within a range between “n-max” and “n-min” made by graphing the maximum value and the minimum value of the refractive index in a wavelength dispersion graph of optical constants shown in FIG. 1 and within a range between “k-max” and “k-min” made by graphing the maximum value and the minimum value of the extinction coefficient in the above wavelength dispersion graph of optical constants.

The absorbing layer can be Inconel, titanium nitride, cobalt chrome (stellite), or nickel chrome material, and has a thickness in the range of 50 Å to 150 Å.
