Abstract: A transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus are provided. The transmitting apparatus includes an encoder configured to generate a low density parity check (LDPC) codeword by performing LDPC encoding, an interleaver configured to interleave the LDPC codeword, and a modulator configured to modulate the interleaved LDPC codeword according to a modulation method to generate a modulation symbol. The interleaver performs interleaving by dividing the LDPC codeword into a plurality of groups, rearranging an order of the plurality of groups in group units, and dividing the plurality of rearranged groups based on a modulation order according to the modulation method.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for dynamically indicating a TDD reconfiguration to the mobile station by encoding the dynamic TDD re-configuration indication into the DCI or CRC calculated for the DCI. In one embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is implicitly encoded as an RNTI into the CRC, when scrambling the CRC for the DCI with a TDD-RNTI. In another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, while the CRC for the DCI is scrambled with a cell identifier, identifying the target cell for which the dynamic TDD re-configuration is to be applied. In still another embodiment, the TDD configuration indication is part of the DCI payload, where the DCI payload further includes an invalid parameter indicating to the mobile station that the DCI carries the TDD configuration indication.

Abstract: A spinlock circuit connected to one or more first processors through one or more broadside interfaces. The spinlock circuit is configured to receive a plurality of requests for use of a computing resource from one or more first processors, and reply to each of the plurality of requests within a single clock cycle of the one or more first processors. The spinlock circuit can reply to each of the plurality of requests within a single clock cycle of the one or more first processors by alternately assigning the computing resource to a requesting processor from among the one or more first processors or indicating to the requesting processor from among the one or more first processors that the computing resource is not available.

Abstract: A data transmission method is performed by a first node, and the first node includes X encoding units that perform encoding in a first FEC mode. The method includes: first dividing, by the first node, to-be-encoded data into X groups of initial data, and encoding the X groups of initial data one by one by using the X encoding units, to obtain X groups of encoded data; and then distributing, by the first node, the X groups of encoded data to L links, to send the X groups of encoded data to a second node. Both X×N and X×K are integer multiples of L, N represents a length of a codeword of the first FEC mode, K represents a length of valid information bits in the codeword, and amounts of encoded data distributed to different links are the same.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals thereof are disclosed. The apparatus for transmitting broadcast signals comprises an encoder for encoding service data, a mapper for mapping the encoded service data into a plurality of OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) symbols to build at least one signal frame, a frequency interleaver for frequency interleaving data in the at least one signal frame by using a different interleaving-seed which is used for every OFDM symbol pair comprised of two sequential OFDM symbols, a modulator for modulating the frequency interleaved data by an OFDM scheme and a transmitter for transmitting the broadcast signals having the modulated data, wherein the different interleaving-seed is generated based on a cyclic shifting value and wherein an interleaving seed is variable based on an FFT size of the modulating.

Abstract: Methods and systems for a monitoring system for data collection in an industrial environment including a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels connected to data collection points related to machine components, wherein at least one of the plurality of input channels is connected to a data collection point on a rotating machine component; a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values from the collected data, each of the plurality of detection values corresponding to at least one of the plurality of input channels; and an expert system analysis circuit structured to analyze the collected data, wherein the expert system analysis circuit determines a failure state for the rotating machine component based on analysis of the plurality of detection values, wherein upon determining the failure state the expert system analysis circuit provides the failure state to a data storage.

Abstract: Systems for self-organizing data collection and storage in a manufacturing environment are disclosed. A system may include a data collector for handling a plurality of sensor inputs from sensors in the manufacturing system, wherein the plurality of sensor inputs is configured to sense at least one of: an operational mode, a fault mode, a maintenance mode, or a health status of at least one target system. The system may also include a self-organizing system for self-organizing a storage operation of the data, a data collection operation of the sensors, or a selection operation of the plurality of sensor inputs. The self-organizing system may organize a swarm of mobile data collectors to collect data from a plurality of target systems.
