    摘要: The invention provides monolayer films which not only have hydrophilicity and are excellent in such properties as antifogging properties, antifouling properties, antistatic properties and anti-condensation properties but also tend to exhibit excellent transparency even with a large film thickness and excellent scratch resistance, as well as stacks having the monolayer film. The monolayer film is obtained by preparing a mixture including a monomer composition and a solvent, the monomer composition including a specific monomer and a polyvalent monomer having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups and being free of sulfonic group, carboxyl group and phosphoric group in a specific molar ratio, the solvent having a specific solubility parameter σ; applying the mixture onto a substrate and removing at least part of the solvent; and polymerizing the monomer composition to produce a monolayer film having at least one anionic hydrophilic group selected from a sulfonic group, a carboxyl group and a phosphoric group and a specific anion concentration ratio (Sa/Da) of the anion concentration (Sa) at the outer surface to the anion concentration (Da) at the middle point between the inner surface in contact with the substrate and the outer surface.

    摘要: The present invention provides resin particles including polymer obtained of a monomer mixture containing a monofunctional (meth)acrylic ester monomer, a monomer represented by a general formula (I); CH2═C(R1)—COO—(CH2CH2O)n—CO—C(R1)═CH2  (I) where R1 is a hydrogen or a methyl group and n is an integer from 1 to 4, and a monomer represented by a general formula (II); CH2═C(R2)—COO—(CH2CH2O)m—CO—C(R2)═CH2  (II) where R2 is a hydrogen or a methyl group and m is an integer from 5 to 15. The resin particles have a volume average particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm, a recovery rate of 15% or more to less than 30%, and a compression strength (MPa) that provides a multiplication product in the range of 24.5 to 60.0 obtained by multiplying the compression strength and the volume average particle diameter (μm).

    摘要: A pattern-forming method includes forming a prepattern that is insoluble or hardly soluble in an organic solvent. A resin layer is provided on at least a lateral face of the prepattern. The prepattern and the resin layer are heated such that an adjacent portion of the resin layer to the prepattern is made insoluble or hardly soluble in the organic solvent, without being accompanied by an increase of a molecular weight of the prepattern and the resin layer. A portion of the resin layer other than the adjacent portion of the resin layer is removed. The resin layer is formed from a first composition including a first polymer and an organic solvent. Solubility of the first polymer in the organic solvent does not substantially change due to an action of an acid. A weight average molecular weight of the first polymer is 15,000-150,000.
