Abstract: A wheel deburring device. A second motor drives an upper brush to rotate, second cylinders enable the upper brush to fall through third posts, and burrs of a front surface can be removed when the upper brush is in contact with the front surface of a wheel; a first motor enables an outer ring and a first geared ring to rotate through a first belt; a third motor enables an inner ring and a second geared ring to rotate through a second belt, directions of rotation of the inner ring and the second geared ring are opposite to that of the outer ring, and brushes are driven to rotate through a gear; and fourth cylinders enable a lower brush to rise through first guide posts, and burrs of a back cavity of the wheel can be removed when the lower brush is in contact with that back cavity.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a combined wheel burr removing device, which comprises a brush lifting system, a brush driving system, roller bed parts and a clamping rotating part. Abstract: The present invention relates to a brush unit (3) and to an associated rotary brush tool. The brush unit (3) is equipped with a brush holder (10, 11), which can be driven in rotation, and with an annular brush (4, 5) with a bristle-covered rim (8) with outwardly protruding bristles (5). Furthermore, a stop means (14) which dips into the rotating bristle-covered rim (8) is provided. According to the invention, the stop means (14) simultaneously acts as an abrasive body (14) for the bristles (5). In this case, a distinction is made between both functions (stopper function and abrasive function) according to a direction of rotation (R) of the annular brush (4, 5) and/or a setting position of the stop means (14) as compared to the bristle-covered rim (8).

The securing device further includes a moving mechanism of the support so that the support imparts a back-and-forth motion along a second axis and a contact surface of the abrasive mechanism is curved to polish the piece along a second curvature in addition to the first curvature. The system can be applied to the field of crystals for a timepiece.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a size-adjustable online wheel deburring device, which comprises a synchronous clamping and rotating system and two brush adjustment systems which are in bilateral symmetry. When in use, the synchronous clamping and rotating system enables a wheel to rotate in a clamped state, and the diameter of the wheel is detected; driving cylinders enable spline shafts to rise so as to enable jacking blocks to be matched with gears II, and servo motors drive the gears II to rotate through synchronizing belts I; a left brush and a right brush are separately adjusted to appropriate positions through a left gear rack and a right gear rack; the driving cylinders enable the spline shafts to fall so as to enable the jacking blocks to be separated from the gears II; the servo motors drive flange brushes to rotate through the synchronizing belts I and synchronizing belts II; belt pulleys IV guarantee that the synchronizing belts II are always in a tensioned state after the left brush and the right brush are adjusted to the appropriate positions; oblique motors drive oblique brushes to rotate; and a drive motor I enables the brush adjustment systems which are in bilateral symmetry to rotate through a driving shaft, two lifting cylinders lift the wheel through guide posts, and the aim of deburring can be achieved when each brush is in contact with a back cavity of the wheel.
