Abstract: Systems and methods which facilitate return shipment of items, such as to provide for the return of goods from a purchaser to a merchant, are shown. Embodiments provide shipping management functionality for managing return requests, processing of return requests, authorizing returns, tracking of the processing of a return request, and/or tracking of return shipments. A shipping management system of embodiments operates to make shipping functionality and/or information utilized with respect to return shipments, which may not otherwise be readily available to the return shipper, conveniently accessible for use by the return shipper. Embodiments provide for some or all return shipping fees to be borne by the merchant rather than the return shipper.

Abstract: A control system performs a shipping process, a replenishing process, a moving process, and a returning process. The replenishing process is for, in a case in which the number of first-type articles located in a first warehouse has become less than or equal to a quantitative threshold, transporting the first-type articles located in a second warehouse to the first warehouse, thereby stocking the articles into the first warehouse while the articles are in containers. The moving process is for transporting second-type articles that have become the picking target articles and are located in the second warehouse to the first warehouse, thereby stocking the articles into the first warehouse while the articles are in the containers. The returning process is for transporting the containers accommodating the second-type articles that have been returned to the first warehouse upon completion of the shipping process, from the first warehouse to the second warehouse.

The computing platform may record, in the distributed ledger, the second information, and may cause the item to be sent from the buyer to the other buyer. The computing platform may identify, using the distributed ledger, that the item has been received by the other buyer, and may cause a third transfer of resources from the seller to the buyer.

Abstract: Methods and enhanced apparatus used in such methods are described that a dispatched logistics operation for a deliverable item from a hold-at-location (HAL) logistics facility having a secured storage and using a modular autonomous bot apparatus assembly and a dispatch server. The bot apparatus assembly picks up and delivers the item from the HAL facility in response to a delivery dispatch command from the dispatch server. In response, the MAM of the bot verifies compatibility of modular components for the operation, controls receiving of the deliverable item from the secured storage at the HAL facility, then autonomously causes movement to the delivery destination. The MAM notifies the customer before delivery of the approaching delivery, authenticates delivery is to the authorized customer, provides access to the item within the bot apparatus assembly, monitors unloading of the item, then autonomously moves back to the HAL facility.

Abstract: Respective initial feature sets are obtained for the nodes of a graph in which the nodes represent instances of entity types and edges represent relationships. Using the initial feature sets and the graph, a graph convolutional model is trained to generate one or more types of predictions. In the model, a representation of a particular node at a particular hidden layer is based on aggregated representations of neighbor nodes, and an embedding produced at a final hidden layer is used as input to a prediction layer. The trained model is stored.
