摘要: Embodiments are directed towards systems and methods for downlink access control in a communications network. An example method includes a base station receiving a request for downlink (DL) communication with a user equipment (UE), and the base station performing the following actions without communicating with the UE regarding the request for the DL communication: determining an unavailability of a resource required for the DL communication; responsive to the determined unavailability, sending a rejection of the request; determining an availability of the resource; and responsive to the determined availability, sending an indication of the availability of the resource required for the DL communication.

摘要: This document describes methods, devices, systems, and means for a switching scheme for opting in and out of multi-user orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (MU-OFDMA). In one aspect, an electronic device enters the MU-OFDMA mode to communicate via a wireless network over a shared-channel bandwidth. During the MU-OFDMA mode, the electronic device determines that an uplink-queue size is greater than a first threshold size. Responsive to the determining, the electronic device opts out of the MU-OFDMA mode and enters a single-user mode to contend for a transmit channel for transmitting uplink data.

摘要: A method of transmitting system information in a mobile communications network, the network comprising a base station operable to provide a cell to communicate wirelessly with a plurality of mobile terminals and a mobile terminal of the plurality of mobile terminals, the mobile terminal being operable to communicate with the base station. The method comprises periodically transmitting essential system information “ESI” to the plurality of mobile terminals, the ESI comprising system information for using the cell provided by the base station; transmitting additional system information “ASI” to the mobile terminal, the ASI comprising system information for using one or more services provided by the cell. In the event that it is determined that the base station is overloaded, the method further comprises transmitting a service notification that the cell is currently unable to provide the one or more services.

The cellular network also includes a second network component configured to i) store a mapping between the DNAI and the second SMF and ii) transmit an indication of the second SMF to the first network component, wherein the first network component selects the second SMF based on the indication.

The method includes providing an MDT measurement relating to a result of an early measurement, wherein the early measurement is a measurement performed in an idle state or an inactive state, and wherein the mobile telecommunication network configures a user equipment (UE) to report to the mobile telecommunication network upon transition to a connected state.

The communication apparatus includes a communication section configured to transmit and receive a wireless signal and a control section configured to control operation as a base station, and transmits a frame that includes schedule information relating to scheduled communication of the own station and can be received by a different wireless terminal and receives schedule information relating to scheduled information of a different base station. The scheduled communication includes multi-user communication of an uplink, and the schedule information includes information relating to a transmission schedule of a frame for inducing multi-user communication of an uplink.

摘要: The performance and ease of management of wireless communications environments is improved by a mechanism that enables access points (APs) to perform automatic channel selection. A wireless network can therefore include multiple APs, each of which will automatically choose a channel such that channel usage is optimized. Furthermore, APs can perform automatic power adjustment so that multiple APs can operate on the same channel while minimizing interference with each other. Wireless stations are load balanced across APs so that user bandwidth is optimized. A movement detection scheme provides seamless roaming of stations between APs.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a user equipment (UE). The UE comprises at least one of a transmission unit and a reception unit, wherein the at least one of the transmission unit and the reception unit receives, from a core network, a protocol data unit (PDU) session establishment reject message including first identification information, the first identification information indicating behaviors of the UE after a first public land mobile network (PLMN) is changed; and a controller, wherein the controller: does not stop, when the first PLMN is changed, a back-off timer for congestion management based on single network slice selection assistance information (S-NSSAI), the back-off timer being activated in the first PLMN; and determines, based on the first identification information, whether initiation of a procedure for the S-NSSAI in a second PLMN is allowed after the first PLMN is changed.

摘要: A radio access control method is provided. The method includes a terminal device receiving access control information sent by an access network device, the access control information indicating a barred service type and a barred data transmission attribute to the terminal device. The terminal device determines whether to send a radio resource control connection request to the access network device based on the barred service type and the barred data transmission attribute. The data transmission attribute comprises a transmission scheme type, and the transmission scheme type is used to indicate a transmission scheme used by the terminal device for transmitting service data used by the terminal device, thereby improving network resource utilization.
