    Abstract: A method performed by a User Equipment (UE) for a Simultaneous Transmission with Multi-Panel (STxMP) operation is provided. The method receives a configuration for multi-DCI based STxMP Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH). The method receives a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) resource set configuration including a first SRS resource set and a second SRS resource set. The method receives first DCI in a first Control Resource Set (CORESET) and second DCI in a second CORESET. The method determines a size of a first field in the first DCI and a size of a second field in the second DCI based on the number of first SRS resources in the first SRS resource set and the number of second SRS resources in the second SRS resource set, respectively. The method transmits a first PUSCH and a second PUSCH scheduled by the first DCI and the second DCI, respectively.

The method determines whether at least one of delay budgets of one or more packets buffered in a first logical channel group LCG is below the threshold.     Abstract: A method performed by a UE is provided. The method determines a first size of a first DCI format and a second size of a second DCI format monitored in a common search space (CSS). The method determines a third size of the first DCI format and a fourth size of the second DCI format monitored in a USS. The method comprises: obtaining a parameter related to generation of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) baseband signal of a physical random access channel (PRACH); and generating the OFDM baseband signal of the PRACH according to the parameter by using an OFDM baseband signal generation formula for the PRACH; the OFDM baseband signal generation formula for the PRACH includes an item indicating a location of a lowest numbered subcarrier of a lowest numbered resource block, which is occupied by a PRACH transmission occasion in a frequency domain used by the OFDM baseband signal of the PRACH, in a resource grid; the resource grid is a resource grid corresponding to a subcarrier spacing configuration μ of an uplink BWP; and the uplink BWP is an initial active uplink BWP for an initial access or an active uplink BWP for a non-initial access. In this way, the location of the PRACH transmission occasion in the frequency domain used by the OFDM baseband signal of the PRACH can be accurately positioned.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a HARQ-ACK by a UE is provided. The method receives an SPS configuration. The method then receives a DCI format which activates the SPS configuration and also indicates a first offset for transmitting the HARQ-ACK. After receiving an SPS PDSCH associated with the SPS configuration in a first slot, the method identifies a second slot based on the first slot and the first offset for transmitting the HARQ-ACK. The method determines whether a first PUCCH for transmitting the HARQ-ACK is contained within uplink/flexible symbols of the second slot. When the first PUCCH is not contained within the uplink/flexible symbols and also a parameter that is included in the SPS configuration indicates a deferred HARQ transmission, the method identifies a third slot based on the first slot and a second offset and transmits the HARQ-ACK on a second PUCCH in the third slot.
