    摘要: A method for transmitting and receiving a signal related to switching 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) access to a 5th generation system (5GS) in an evolved packet system (EPS) in a wireless communication system includes: a step in which a second access and mobility management function (AMF) receives a message, related to a registration request and including a first 5G globally unique temporary identifier (5G-GUTI), from a UE that receives non-3GPP access service through the 5GS and 3GPP access service through the EPS; and a step in which the second AMF transmits to the UE, a message related to a registration acceptance and including a second 5G-GUTI. The first 5G-GUTI includes ID information on the first AMF which serves the non-3GPP access of the UE, and the second 5G-GUTI includes ID information on the second AMF which serves both the non-3GPP access and the 3GPP access of the UE.

    摘要: Techniques are described to provide for authentication and subscription management that are decoupled from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS). In one example, a method includes providing a device profile at an authentication function, wherein the device profile comprises identification information for a device for a plurality of access types including a first identifier for the device associated with a cellular access and a second identifier for the device associated with a wireless local area network access; obtaining an access request message associated with the device for the cellular access, wherein the access request message comprises the first identifier and an authentication attribute; generating authentication information for authenticating the device for the cellular access based, at least in part, on the authentication attribute; and generating, for transmission, an access accept message for the cellular access, wherein the access accept message comprises the first identifier, the second identifier, and the authentication information.

    摘要: A mobile network operator (MNO) base station, e.g., an eNB, instructs a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) user equipment (UE) to monitor to detect signals from base stations in its MVNO network and to report back the results. If the UE reports to the MNO base station, that it has detected signals from base stations, e.g. CBSDs, in its MVNO, the MNO base station applies one or more rules included in a stored Service Profile Identifier, corresponding to the UE, the applying of the one or more rules causes the MNO base station to disconnect or deny service to the UE. Alternatively, when it is determined that the UE did not detect a signal from a base station, e.g. a CBSD, in its MVNO, then the MNO base station provides communications service to the UE.

    摘要: A method of performing a virtual network function (VNF) is disclosed. The method comprises forking a user plane process on a computer by a VNF process that executes on the computer, forking a control plane process on the computer by VNF process, adding blocks to a user plane blockchain by the user plane process that record user plane events, and adding blocks to a control plane blockchain by the control plane process that record control plane events. The method also comprises creating a first information package by the user plane process based on the user plane blockchain, self-terminating by the user plane process while passing the first package of information to the VNF process, creating a second information package by the control plane process based on the control plane blockchain, and self-terminating by the control plane process while passing the second package of information to the VNF process.
